This is the second time the drivers have stolen from my car. Despite numerous attempts to report and resolve they are simply not interested in my concerns. I will always use this type of service for the convenience but they need to take their customers seriously.

We always use Maple when we park at Gatwick or Luton and service is always excellent. Their costs are competitive, I would definitely recommended them.

Maple Parking were excellent. You just drop your car and key off, they take you to the airport. On return, you catch the bus back (right outside the terminal) and collect your car and keys. They do store the cars off site (so move them after drop off) -- they are totally upfront about this and do it all day long so it's not an issue. My flight was rescheduled and I emailed with the updated details -- I quickly got a response and there was no issue accommodating the change. Overall a good experience and I'd definitely use them again.

Easy drop off, but more importantly car was there upon arrival....no wait whatsoever. All booked with about 2 hours notice too
