Upon arriving back very late in the evening to terminal 5 Heathrow (the very same airport we departed from) and even after providing flight details, phoning the company when we landed and being told to go to level 4 purple parking terminal 5 to collect our car, we waited over an hour at the desk on level 4 parking with 2 very tired children for them to return the car to us. When querying where our car was with the desk staff they ‘shrugged’ and claimed they didn’t know where it was. Not very helpful! We then received a phone call from someone saying that their driver had been waiting at Terminal 3 parking with our car for that whole time! We flew from terminal 5 with British Airways and flew back to the very same terminal 5 days later, again with British Airways. It was a very simple booking for them! The employees at the desk appeared to know nothing about who actually tells the drivers where to bring the car to and blamed us saying we had given them the wrong flight number. They had our booking on their system at Terminal 5 level 4 and were expecting it there. We did actually provide the correct details upon dropping the car off with them and our airline did not even fly from the airport that they took our car to! All very awful service, made worse then by the additional cost of the fuel consumption for them driving back to the correct airport and then having to pay now another day of the ULEZ charges as we now are driving back early hours of the next day! Appalling service!

Nightmare to find, address given takes you to their carpark in some scruffy wasteland not the multi-storey opposite terminal 4 as I later realised was the place I was supposed to go, but are never told to go to the multi-storey. Staff are rude and unhelpful when you call, they kept saying just go to the carpark, with no instructions or directions. Then, upon collection of the car tried charging me a £20 ‘late return fee’ despite having purchased late return cover. They tried to scam me by saying I had to pay the £20 and then claim it back from HolidayExtras who I booked the parking with. Crooks. Avoid.

United Kingdom | 07 December 2024Recommend you read the Google reviews before you use these guys - as Trust Pilot is misleading on this occasion. Maple Parking damaged the rear of our car - we can't understand how as it has a camera - by clearly reversing into something. Unfortunately due to the appalling lighting and a dismal day we didn't notice this until we got home - therefore (as per their terms and conditions) we didn't have a leg to stand on. You need to photograph your car when you drop it off and give it a thorough examination upon your return (looking at Google reviews you may still find it difficult for them to take responsibility). We feel we and our car were treated with total disrespect and we will certainly not be using them again. Our recommendation is to AVOID at all costs. The only positive was that the drop off/pick up was easy.

Good that they give you written information for return trip otherwise we'd have forgotten what they told us by the time we we came back. On return we only had to wait 5 mins before a shuttle bus came. Very helpful, friendly. A good experience.

Heathrow T2 departure have to park your car and queue up for ages to hand your keys to only 1 person at a desk handling all the meet & greet customers from all companies not just Maple parking. Then on return asked to call customer service after collecting luggage and waited 30 minutes in the cold car park for my car to be returned. Absolutely unacceptable service, will never use again.

Had an issue with my Land Rover defender and it wouldn’t start after being parked for over a week which was due to the car going into sleep mode (there is a setting in the Land Rover app you can turn on to wake the car but need to do when parked and Land Rover didn’t tell me this when I bought it) Travis stayed with us (patiently) whilst we got sorted and ended up going home in a taxi. Nick the manager couldn’t have been more helpful and also got the car delivered back to our house free of charge. I cannot rate this company high enough. Awesome team who took the stress out of a very miserable situation. Thank you so much guys
