Having used this service at Birmingham Airport many times with no issues, on our return today it was appalling!! We rang on landing and were told 5 minutes and it would be there. An hour later after asking 3 times when was our car arriving ALL staff left, we had to ring again and give name car regs to be told that the wrong car had been sent!! Eventually our car turned up, the driver then left very quickly in the Maple minibus with a 'very sorry ' really not acceptable absolutely spoilt the end of a great break away.

Took advantage of the 25% off for Black Friday. Reduced it by £75 for our 24 days of parking. Have used before and been very happy with the service.

i booked paid and booked the meet and greet option. i was waiting 25 minutes for someone to meet me to collect my car when i was going away. upon arrival, i called them half an hour before leaving the airport, and still had to wait 35 minutes for them to bring my car back once i left the airport. also noticed 1/4 tank of fuel had been used up!

Left at Airport 45minutes after first mini bus was to full When phoned we were told he’s on his way second time of phoning cut off when second mini bus arrived could only take half of customers waiting (poor organisation) On collection of car which was blocked in found 10miles added to mileage plus radio channels changed Obviously driven around
