A £100 parking fee is now £600 plus insurance no claims loss. Also they were well aware of the damage when I collected but were dishonest enough to try and get away without telling me, hoping I would just drive off

Quite a walk at 7 am on a December morning when you are expecting your car to be waiting to greet you with the valet to meet you. Instead it's a long difficult walk with all luggage. Then arrived to find they had sent the car to meet the wrong flight Easy to book cheap... secure parking and staffed by real people. But not a meet and greet

United Kingdom | 10 December 2024Booked Terminal 4 Heathrow "Meet & Greet valet parking" for £80 for 2 days parking via Holiday Extras booking company. It's not meet and greet at all. You drive to their car park and a bus takes you to the terminal. We paid meet and greet rates but actually got a rubbish service Park and Ride. Just like any other car park BUT on arrival, they said they didn't do Terminal 4 pick up or drop off even though that is what we paid for, what it stated on their paperwork and was even written on the side of one of their buses (which I took a picture of. Once we arrived back at Terminal 4, we had to get the train to Terminal 3 for pickup and been waiting here in the freezing cold for 30 minutes so far. I wish I just got a normal parking spot for £40 and spent the rest of the money on taxis from Terminal direct to the car. What a waste of my time and waste of money. Shittest and most expensive Heathrow Parking Option. Finally picked up after 49 minutes waiting in the freezing cold.
