Oddly, since business is business, my Will solicitor did not want to be involved in amending my will ( said it would cost both of us too much time and money!!!!) and advised Which. I hit upon the codicil template for revoking one name to a property and inserting another. And worked perfectly. That's the good news. But for reasons I cant understand deleting an already recently dead beneficiary from a benefits clause and inserting a live one - Which could not do. So, meh....

Thank you for your help with our power of attorney. Your responses were quick and staff most helpful. We are disappointed at the 20 week wait now from the OPG!!

I feel that Which legal , Wills & POA is doing just what they are criticising others for doing and therefore kettle calling the pot black. There are two parts to my issues, first is that the government site do virtually the same thing for free, it does mention this in much smaller print on the advert, which seems wrong to me, plus given what “Which” stands for I assumed it would be a lot better than the government site, it is not, this is a simple form that most could do without assistance above what is given on the government site . Secondly there is no discount for getting 2 pairs of Property & Financial and Health & Welfare Given that the partner is mirror of the first one, you would expect the second one to be a lot cheaper. in fact after doing the first Property & Financial POA and getting a little help before passed as ready to register. I then done the next 3 documents which passed with no help. in hindsight if I was going to purchase this product I would only buy one. I do feel cheated on this deal and not what I would have expected from Which In response to the reply, which I have just realised that I can. I stand by my comments, registering the documents does take quite a while, but if done wrong the fee is quite small. Also I say again the documents are not very different and once you have done one for say yourself, it is most likely that then doing one for your partner will be the same just changing your name to that of your partner. And again once one document done the next 3 are pretty much the same, as you are likely to want the same people to become your LPA If using Which services, just buy one and if you feel you need more help with the others you are doing then buy more.

I was most impressed. As well as helping me create mirror wills there was plenty of supporting information on alternatives and a good introduction to inheritance tax. The service is worth five stars but it is very difficult to get through on the phone so that cost one star.

The LPA document was well presented with comprehensive explanations where necessary. An excellent way to produce an LPA, especially knowing that there was full 'backup' available should any queries arise (luckily for me it was very straightforward).

Excellent way to arrange our mirror wills and powers of Attorney. Quick, easy and well-explained. A bit pricey but worth it to know it’s all sorted. We trusted it because it’s Which.

As we were afraid of the "jargon" associated with legal documents, my late husband and I had our mirrored wills drawn up by a local solicitor, but when I saw the discount offer for a Power of Attorney service, I was determined to do this for myself. I'm so glad I did because any necessary jargon involved with an Enduring Power of Attorney was clearly explained in the notes, so I had no difficulty filling the form in. I paid for the document review, and there was a query, which I quickly amended and returned for re-review. Everything went so smoothly I would have no hesitation recommending this service.

Depending on the complexity of your estate, writing a will can be a daunting and legally-challenging process, not to mention expensive if you put the task in the wrong hands. Which? Wills provides a first class clear and jargon-free service with all legal terms clearly and carefully explained. The step-by-step process is simple and straight-forward to follow and the clever software prevents any unintended errors. If my wife and I had known the process could be made so clear and simple, we would have updated our outdated wills years ago. We both thoroughly recommend this service to anyone intending to write a fresh will or update an existing will. Furthermore the service is economically attractive.

First class. A bit daunting, but the explanatory notes gave me confidence to understand and complete each section. The legal team's responses to my numerous "submissions" demonstrated real attention to detail - exactly what you need with such an important document. Time and money well spent.

If I'd known Which had made it this easy, I'd have done it ages ago! Straightforward with plenty of helpful explanatory text. Well worth the money for the peace of mind.

We were very pleased with the service which turned out to be simple and straight forward to use. Once the legal review had been completed we asked if our bound copies could be despatched quickly because we had an opportunity to get them properly witnessed - and they arrived within a couple of days - thankyou. The only thing I would add - and it is probably beyound the scope of this service, but never the less very important is a "Digital Will" (to cover all things on-line). Perhaps some guidance on this rather important topic could be included in the future?

Amanda, Paralegal working for Wills and Legal Services, Malvern, is a superstar! Not only did she draw up both wills and Power of Attorney for my husband and myself, she also carried out the same efficient service for my in laws. She was very patient with my numerous questions and always behaved in a proper professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody who is looking for legal work. She is a credit to her company and should be highly commended.

Painless. Used the half price offer from Which this was extremely good value. The whole process was very easy. Take time to read through the guidance which is comprehensive and easy to understand. Submitted the will for inspection a quick response. Very pleased with the service would highly recommend.

Being a Which member I was keen to use this service. Well, what a waste of money. I paid more for the option where a solicitor looks over what's been written. They informed me I'd left my children out of my will when in fact I had stated clearly what my 'son & daughter' were to receive. Did your solicitor even look at it? I tried to ring but couldn't get through. I would have done just as well if I'd gone to Smith's or YouGov and paid little. This 'service' is a complete rip-off. Shame on you Which for being associated with it. Which has replied to my negative review and asked me to ring or email them to discuss the problem. I am now on 8 minutes of holding as all their advisors are busy. Exactly one of the things I complained about. Don't know whether to laugh or cry!

We had been meaning to make wills for ages, the offer from Which Wills prompted us to finally go ahead. The process was very simple, fill out a detailed questionnaire and then a will expert turned it into a proper will. After we checked that the wills contained our wishes, and making any alterations we had thought of in the mean time, the will was professionally bound and sent to us for signing and storage. All in all a very simple process. We are very happy with the final result.

I and my partner had been putting off making wills after a poor experience with a local solicitor - inaccurate drafting, hugely expensive and slow. The Which mirror wills process was ideal - easy to follow, rapid clarification by phone on one point. Navigation was a bit unclear at the start, but smooth once we were under. We paid for the legal check to provide more reassurance. Bound copies arrived promptly, and overall cost about 30% of our solicitor's quote.
