This is the first time my wife and I have arranged a will and decided that a mirror will would suit our purpose. I thought that we had covered between us all the issues we wanted to address but clearly had not. I wonder if Which? may wish to consider a list of pre questions that they could publish prior to the charge as we would have found that very useful. We may have decided not to mirror but once paid, that is what we had and needed to compromise some of our wishes. That said, we ended up with a document we can both live with. The wills seem comprehensively compiled and we are pleased that we finally have something.

Oh dear. Tried to buy a will today but could not pay online. Tried calling but couldn't get through. Managed to speak to someone in a chat room who said that I could not pay if using Safari. I explained that is the only browser I have. Too bad. Also asked about storage costs (as advertised on their recorded phone message). Was told they do not store wills. Explained phone message. Was told it should have been removed 'ages ago.' Asked some other simple questions, none of which could be answered. What a shambles. They'll probably try and blame Covid but it's more than that. You'd be absolutely mad to trust your estate with Which?

Although i'm technically challenged I found easy to use, everything is self explanatory and simple to follow. Getting to see a doctor to sign Schedule 1 wont be so easy.

If I can do it with anybody can, some questions were a little ambiguous but the help notes were excellent

The process to complete the LPA forms was very easy as everything is self explanatory . They give you plenty of helpful guidance tips along the way as well. I found the extra information very useful as there were things included which I hadn't thought about before. Also useful was the ability to go back into the document and amend previous entries, so you can ensure that you have put down everything that is important to you. Thank you Which for providing such a safe and useful service. I will be recommending it.

I found the whole process with Which Wills to be very easy and reassuring. The templates are very easy to follow and it did not take long to receive constructive feedback once I submitted the first draft. After updating the final legal review was once again very quick, along with the final sign off. Extremely happy with the whole service and can recommend Which Wills without hesitation.

Tough at this 'Corvid' time to get signatures and witnesses.

Initially looks complicated but once you start quite easy with assistance on each question + easy access to verbal one to one on telephone. Everything flops into place - thought process expensive - including Office of Public Guardian charges - but cheaper than going to lawyer & worth it in the end!!

Completed my LPA forms for my wife and myself with very little difficulty, the help and instructions are fairly straightforward to follow and our LPAs passed scrutiny of the which experts first time round. The process was far cheaper and simpler than I thought, many thanks to the which legal team for their help and support throughout the process. I would highly recommend the use of which legal.

I thought the program was very easy to use. At first I was a little unsure if I was doing things right but there was always someone to contact for chat and guide me through the process. Everything was very well explained in everyday language and I soon worked my way through the questionnaire. The result was a very professional will for about a third of the cost of using a solicitor and all done in the comfort of your own home.

I found the process quite easy to use and was happy with the review and the amendments and suggestions very helpful and logical. The will has been bound and executed and the comments on how and why you need independent witnesses extremely useful in the selection of the same.

LPA Very helpful to have the checklists to ensure everything was done. The space for preferences was too small and it was difficult to find the preferences on the official form when I had finished. I am still not 100% sure if it is there or not so I will have to wait and see what the legal check says.

Very impressed with the clear process for making my will. I was happily reassured by the legal team who checked my details and advised me of a couple of adjustments, which I made. Subsequently, I received my bound copy by tracked Royal Mail. The pack also contained a useful forwarding envelope, plus details for how I could lodge the bound will with Which? Wills for storage.

Overall an excellent product. It requires concentration in completing the first phase of the input required and sending it for review by their experts. The recommendations that they send back are clearly set out and require further input into your LPA's. It will then pay you to print off draft copies of each in my opinion, so that you can take the time to familiarise yourself with the details of the processes involved. The next step is to send them back to "Which" for a final review and when they come back approved they include very important instructions about the order in which the signings (including witnesses) should take place. Quite a laborious process especially if you are doing both "Health" and "Financial" LPA,s but very worthwhile.

Excellent easy to follow instructions on how to complete LPA forms and they are then checked by Which Legal and returned with instructions on how they must be signed and where to register. One for self & wife very reasonable cost. (Solicitor wanted £300 + extra to do same job.

We are great supporters of Which so Which Wills was a natural choice for us. We were not disappointed, the process was quick and straightforward. It was nice to be able to do it in the comfort of our own home and in our own time. The review process was carried out in good time. We did not have the benefit of a cut price deal so perhaps not the best value for money but quite happy nonetheless.

Easy to use and helpful in prompting items that need addressing. I have recommended it to several friends who have used it and found it as straightforward as I did.
