United Kingdom | 15 January 2020We're great supporters of Which and so we were keen to use their site to create mirror wills. We were so disappointed with the extremely legalese jargon that the will seemed almost incomprehensible and we had to ask to cancel it. Less than two pages covered the will - which was more than required, then there were a further six pages of even more legal jargon. All we needed was a simple 1 pager in plain English.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2020I found the site really easy to use, some of the wording a bit confusing but plenty of help on the drop down menus. Once completed they were checked by the Which legal dept and after one correction all signed off and completed. All very efficient and lovely to do it in the comfort of your own home where you can take as much time as you need. I would certainly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Which Wills I now have peace of mind.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2019Which? Mirror Wills were very easy to do and also had a phone number to ring if I needed any advice on something. Rang it once and the person I spoke to was very helpful and gave me the advice and information I needed. I would recommend it to anyone. You fill in the forms online and it then gets checked and if needed advice given. Once all ok and legal, they have it printed off and sent to your address. Does not take long at all. They keep it nice and simple.

United Kingdom | 11 December 2019Had a bit of a problem accessing the form on the website but after a quick call to Which? I managed to get online through a different url. The form filling was easy and quick. I got the specimen and after checking and submitting I received the will ready to be signed and witnessed. Great job for a great price. Thanks Which?

United Kingdom | 01 December 2019Having the old style Enduring Power of Attorney I knew we needed to update. My financial advisor suggested a solicitor and pointed out that extra wording would be required for investments. The Which half price offer drew me in although I knew it was possible to do it using the HMG website (as we did with our old PoAs). Having the document broken down into sections with information available in each section made the job easier. What was not apparent was advice about anything outside the immediate form. I investigated the financial advice online and found some words then contacted Which having got a non-committal answer from my finance company who told me to take legal advice. Which advice was to ask the finance company albeit they did provide a modified form of words!! The final check from the Which solicitor gave some comfort.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2019It’s a real pity that the web site is so bad. Looked forward to grabbing what looked like a good offer only to find the website so bad that we abandoned the exercise after about an hour. Not even completing the first application. We downloaded the forms from the Gov ‘t website and did it ourselves without too much trouble. Just watch your ‘typos’ and take your time. You don’t even need to pay up front. Sorry Which, not up to your usual standard. We use Which a lot but this was a disappointment.

United Kingdom | 29 October 2019I cancelled my application when I realised that it was possible to apply on-line directly via the Government's own web-site, something which was not covered in the 'blurb' when the half price offer was sent by Which. I appreciate that the Which offer is indeed half of the price a solicitor would normally charge and some people will prefer to get help when going through the process. I feel it is misleading however to offer a half price deal without mentioning that an on-line application can be made where the only charge is the standard registration fee. Your 'half price' deal could, as a result, breach advertising standards given that more cost effective solutions are available?

United Kingdom | 28 September 2019OK, but not worth the money.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2019Really easy, cost effective, approach to doing a couple of Wills. Prompts and guides help you with completion. The legal service / check was efficient and we now have legal wills. The free registration service was a bonus.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2019The Which? Wills website takes the problems out of mechanics of drawing up your will. At each step you are prompted for input, and pop-ups explain exactly what you are being asked for, give examples of what you might include and explain some of the consequences of your input. I would advise that you do need to think long and hard in advance of how you want to divide up your estate before starting, as the site assumes that you know exactly what you want to do. The (chargeable) option to have your will reviewed by a legal expert is a valuable extra: I opted to use it, and the comments from the legal team prompted me to clarify some of my requests to avoid any potential disputes.

United Kingdom | 23 August 2019I paid for the Legal Review and was given an indication of 6/7 days. After more than 10 i called and was assured it would be done by August 3rd. I am writing this review on August 23rd - still had nothing back. Will be asking for my money back and this would be 0 Star score if I could give one.

United Kingdom | 20 August 2019An excellent product, and so easy to follow the questions. If you have any questions you just call. I highly recommend which wills

United Kingdom | 07 August 2019The writing experience was fine but I have yet to learn about the legal review or see bound copies

United Kingdom | 07 August 2019Our existing mirror wills were fine apart from the fact that our address, and the addresses of two executors, had changed. The discount offer from Which? Wills looked like a good opportunity to get things updated, and the online questionnaire allowed us to rattle through the process in under an hour. Compared to the previous process, which involved making a couple of trips for face-to-face meetings with someone who asked all the same questions, this was much more efficient. It took a couple of weeks for the feedback from Legal Review to arrive, and we took their advice to adjust our executor structure. Editing the draft via the questionnaire proved to be a little tricky, and required us to read the Help panels in that section of the online questionnaire much more carefully than we had on the original pass, but we got there in the end. We re-submitted the amended draft for final review and the bound documents came through a few days later. The discount offer included a year's free storage, but I think we'll just stick with looking after them ourselves, and rely on the free registration offer to ensure that the documents can be found when needed.

United Kingdom | 30 July 2019This service is simple to use and unbelievably good! From start to finish you have interactive support and can always call a specialist adviser if necessary and they are very helpful. Another great service from Which that saves you money and time.

United Kingdom | 18 July 2019I did my mother's power of attorney so easy and they do all the checks before submitting to the government. This has saved us over £500. And to be honest very easy to do. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
