It was extremely simple to buy a lasting power of attorney!!

I found this experience quite daunting but having started to fill in the forms I quickly gained confidence and found the guidance notes invaluable. Also knowing that qualified solicitors will review everything that I have answered is extremely helpful

I chose Which? Wills because I trust Which? The process was far simpler than I thought and when I did try to over complicate things Which? was on hand with a prompt response.

I decided to use this service and am now not happy with my purchase. This is because I was unaware that I need to have two independent references before I can proceed. This is difficult for me to do and I won't make any more progress for some time as I am going to be out of the country on holiday. However, from what I have seen of the process so far, it appears to be a credible process. Its just a pity that I paid for it before I realised what was needed,

I was disappointed with this process. I have been a member of Which for a few years, and hold their Legal support in very high regard. Unfortunately this Will process did not meet my expectations. My situation is not complex; we simply needed a Will to cover myself and wife, and provide for my daughter should anything happen to us both. However I found three problems trying to use the Which Will process: (i) While the process will guide you to complete the paperwork correctly, I found there was very little support to ensure that the completed Will did indeed reflect our wishes. (ii) I found the online support to be slow and impersonal, and so I couldn't engage in a fuller q&a session, and (iii) I was half way through the process when I realised I was actually paying for just my own Will, rather a Wills for both myself and my wife. Overall, my experience was such that I cancelled the process with Which. I am offering this review as feedback hoping that it will help Which to improve their processes.

The death of an intestate brother-in-law made me realise that I needed to rewrite my Mexican will which was out of date and probably inacceptable in the UK. The service provided by WHICH was clear and straightforward and the initial comments were rapid and to the point. I was able to address them rapidly and now have a signed and sealed legally acceptable will. Excellent value for money. I may also use the Letter of Wishes service .

The software that Which supply is very straight forward and intuitive, no complicated legal terms. The feedback received from the legal firm which Which use to review ones responces was very helpful.

Sorting out Power if Attorney has been on my to do list for ages. I got a quote from my solicitor which was over £1300 for financial and health for both my wife and myself. Cost excluded registration! Going with Which Wills has been very straightforward with plenty of online guidance as the POA was built. Currently in the review process. All in all DIY was much easier than I thought and has saved my £1000.

A fantastic way to do what is never an easy task - writing a will for an aged parent and also doing a Power of Attorney, should it be necessary. When compared to charges for a solicitor, there is no comparison - everyone should do it this way! I emailed and rang with questions and spoke to a lovely lady, who was so patient and helpful. I am now just doing the final checking, before printing off all the pages. I think the hardest part will be getting an agreed date for the witness and the person who has agreed to sign the Health and Welfare document, to come and actually sign! My next task will be to write my husband's and my will, as they are woefully out of date.

Our requirements for a will were pretty straight forward, with no complexities. Based on this, the online process was very easy to follow and significantly cheaper than offered by my solicitor. Very happy with the offering and service.

I am still in process of trying to complete my Which LPA's .I found the online process itself quite straight forward & I submitted my Financial LPA for scrutiny, receiving certain comments/advice quite promptly . Attempting to discuss these with someone on the 'Helpline' is just an impossible task ( the Advisers are constantly busy ) & so I have literally ground to a halt !!

It has taken me a while to do this. I was worried about doing it wrong. They were fabulous. It was easy to do. When sent it off got message about things I needed to look out. Corrected my errors and it’s all done. Next one to do is my husband’s he saw how easy it was for me. So we doing his next. Would recommend.

This is what I expected the will service to be so happy with the quality of software ability to amend and update the will over a few weeks.

I could not believe how easy it was, I filled it all in, it was very straightforward, submitted it for review, a few days later it came back with three points that needed to be addressed. I addressed the points as requested, submitted it again and was informed it was all in order and covered everything I wanted it to. The will was then sent to be bound and came back a few days later all done. Excellent service. The only slight problem I had was that I did not understand some of the wording that the person who reviewed the will used, but that was easy to sort out. Everything done for £118. connot beat that.

Very happy with the service, pretty straightforward making all the legalise easy to understand. Good feedback upon submission that on reflection made sense.

The program and the guidance notes were fairly easy to use. I've just sent off the Power of Attorneys (4 docs altogether) to register so hope it will go through. The main complaint is that it was not that cheap, with 4 docs and registration fees I am looking at around £900 - and to cap it all a week after I paid Which they introduced a discount of 30% - I could have cancelled and re-applied but thought Which would refund the overpayment?
