United Kingdom | 14 December 2021I filled in most of the questions with ease but missed a couple. These were highlighted in red when the will was reviewed, and I quickly filled them in. Then the will was printed and bound and returned to me very speedily. Great service and really good price.

Also I have been waiting for weeks for the documents to arrive and I am still waiting. I received an email yesterday saying that I have not completed it even though it went through when my daughter sent it.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2021I purchased a will as then tried to fill the form in lost my way .i phoned for help lovely lady very helpful , but things got very busy at home , could not focus on the wills , thankfully which wills gave me a refund ,I will try again if there is a offer again , just need a lot of help with the forms , so please set up a help line to make it easier to fill forms , but thank you which for always watching my back ,

United Kingdom | 23 November 2021I thought we would get 2 wills, as I paid for the mirror will service, so I thought, I for me and I for the wife. I completed mine and sent it off, but have heard nothing about the second will for the wife if I die before her. Her will never appeared. So, if you don’t get two wills with the “mirror will” service, what’s the point, except paying more money?

United Kingdom | 23 November 2021We couldn't understand the form and so filled it out badly. The help was virtually non-existent with a 'you've done it wrong, fill it out again'. We had no idea how to fix it. I'm sure it might be straightforward to some but we picked this one because we knew we were novices and would need a little guidance. Not worth the money

United Kingdom | 17 November 2021It was too straight forward and easy, £120 for a link? That's basically it. You fill out the form then send it back. You are told it will take about 10 days to process. 12 days on I am still waiting. 2 stars because I am waiting and there has been no contact.

United Kingdom | 16 November 2021Fairly easy to complete the online questionnaire with some good guidance notes. Was a bit confusing what to do to start partners will but was resolved by a phone call. Telephone support was available and helpful.

United Kingdom | 11 November 2021My wife and I completed 2 Lasting Power of Attorneys each and found the process simple enough although there was a minor fault on the screen listing the documents. I had a couple of problems and the contact us tab only allowed a message to be sent although we got a satisfactory reply within 2 days. All our LPAs were simple and on reflection I think we could have saved money by doing it all on the government website. I am disappointed that Which didn't make it clearer that you could go directly to the government web site. I know Which say their experts check each document but ours were so simple it wasn't needed.

What I need is an overall map of the steps, for example what happens when I think I have completed one document. It is no clear to me how to progress. I started with four docs on my Home Screen but now just have one - I will send a query on this but it would be nice to speak to someone.

United Kingdom | 26 October 2021Sadly Disappointed It is unusual for me to write a negative report on a company whom I trust and to whom I belong as a member but unfortunately on this occasion I felt frustrated by Which service. my wife and I both filled in the power-of-attorney forms as we had been advised to do so and Which advertised at reduction in the cost of checking the forms as well as help only being a phone call away I noticed other people have written that they have easy access for help but I certainly struggled to get through at all and in fact this was after trying to find the number as none was forthcoming on the site where the form was being filled; eventually I emailed my queries and it took two days for the reply to come through by which time I had already forward the forms to which when the forms were returned, changes were made by the advising solicitor and the email said that I could modify, print and forward the form to the Office of the public guardian unfortunately Which had locked the pdf form, I initially thought it was because I did not have the appropriate PDF software , so I subscribed to Adobe PDF software but I was still unable to change the form because Which had locked it After a 40 minute wait the phone was answered by a very helpful lady Who managed to unlock the form I was eventually able to make some changes to allow me to print the form and get it signed I thought the process would be a lot more comfortable and easier but based on my experience I would advise you to go directly to the guv.uk website and see if you are able to do the form directly without the cost of paying which I certainly did not think it was it worth the support we were given

United Kingdom | 19 October 2021I was able to get a reduction through the moneyexpert link which swayed my decision to get our wills done. Really straightforward to use and complete online. Feel relieved to have our wills in place and receiving an excellent service which didn't cost the earth.

I needed to speak to one of the legal team for advice on a number of issues. It was easy and speedy to get through to them and received very clear and helpful advice that allowed me to complete the LPAs. The whole process gave me peace of mind to complete the LPAs successfully.
