United States | 27 October 2016I bought a polyutherane sectional and it was emitting a strong chemical smell. I knew it was cheap but that I was what I can afford. The structure & material is very cheap in quality. That was fine. But after having the sectional for three days, every time I sat on it, my eyes turn very red and watery and I get a strong headache. I called customer service, they said it is non refundable or exchangeable because I took it out of the box and assembled it. I asked to talk to a manager and they said they will get back to me with an answer. I was not able to reach a manager nor heard from them ever since. It has been 2 months and nothing. Obviously the couch was transferred to the garage, washed, etc. and put to sale for a lower cost of what I bought it... never again to dealing with this company. I bought the rest of my furniture elsewhere.

United States | 27 October 2016We ordered two twin beds for our children (8 and 4 years old). We ordered the espresso faux leather day bed with trundle for my 8 year old son. The bed looks great in his room and he loves it, however, the mattress (which is a twin) doesn't fit properly and there is a sizable gap between the twin mattress and the twin frame. This causes the mattress to slide back and forth every time my son moves. We had to roll up another blanket and put it in the gap so it wouldn't move so much. We also bought the swan youth twin bed with trundle for my 4 year old. The bed is beautiful, but has the same issue with the gap in the mattress. With both of the beds the trundle bed frame is cheaply made on tiny wheels. The beds are very difficult to slide back in after being pulled out and the wheels break easily. The price is definitely right for what you get, the look is there but the quality can definitely improve. **Update** Ramon never called !

United States | 27 October 2016The price of the furniture, the quick delivery and the decent quality earned the first 3 stars. The two gentlemen that arrived to deliver and assemble our order could have alone, earned a 5 star rating if this review pertained only to them and the service they provided (Thats just how good they were; courteous, professional, thorough) That added another star. The last star was lost to the customer care experience. Integrity seemed to be lacking on behalf of the specific gentlemen at the desk that assisted us with our order.

United States | 27 October 2016Sure it was not very expensive, we bought it during a Labor Day sale, but honestly it's just terrible. The cushions have all drifted apart so there are fairly large cracks between th cushions, the fabric has slowly unstitched itself in various locations, and it's just not comfortable. Wish we had skipped and saved up a little more money for a better couch. Because there is no place to actually go and "try it out first", you buy it on faith. Bad choice. And we have only had it for 6 months...

United States | 27 October 2016I ordered a sofa sectional from YesFurniture and love it. People come over and just lay out on it. It's not made of dawn feathers or silk, but it's a great piece! I think YesFurniture is perfect for someone who wants little hassle, affordable prices and multiple quality pieces. YES! P.S. I recommend paying the assembly fee. It's not as easy as you'd think- if you are ordering one of their couches.

United States | 27 October 2016I was told I'd be able to use a form of payment that I preferred. Last minute, I was called and told I couldn't. Not a big deal but I was trying to save on the interest. It was just more of an inconvenience. The furniture is so-so quality. My dining table wobbles when we cut food with a knife and the dining bench that goes with it is a fall risk. It's not steady at all even tightened up. The furniture looks nice but it's not super sturdy. It's furniture that will do for now until I'm able to save up for something of more quality. The delivery was quick. I had to return the first bench due to a tear in the leather. The company was quick to come change it out. That was pretty awesome.

My only issue doesn't reflect on anyone I dealt with, it's just that the packaging must have been out in the sun or in hot cargo because some of the foam cushioning melted onto my chairs! I was able to remove most of it but I was upset at the moment. It's all good, just let the sun know not to shine so much next time!
