United States | 22 December 2017The prices and quality are good, however it took 3 weeks to get our free delivery. The first delivery appointment was two weeks after my purchase and no one showed up. We called to confirm the day of the delivery the time they were coming . The driver never called or came. I spoke to someone the next business day and was not able to get another delivery until the next week! Customer service apologized for the inconvenience and offered us two free lamps out dated lamps without any color choices. I'm not sure if I would want to wait almost a month for another purchase. We are only an hour away from their location.

The owners are very actively involved in the day to day operations and they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this company to all.

United States | 19 December 2017Reviewing just on the delivery and customer service aspect. Absolutely horrible communication. Had to call seven times before I was even able to talk to somebody. Emailed and left voicemails that weren’t returned promptly. Finally got through to talk to someone to just hear the same thing that was emailed to me in my confirmation email. Was told I would get a call 24 hours after placing the order. Did not. Haven’t even gotten my couch yet but now I’m nervous it’s going to be just as bad quality as their customer service. Hopefully I’ll be happy with my couch but either way I will most likely not order from here again due to poor communication with their customers.

United States | 15 December 2017Truly unacceptable experience. No issues with the delivery or anything up to the delivery itself but their customer service and internal communication is horrible. After ordering a sectional and assembling it, I noticed that I had been given the wrong arm for the sofa. I contacted their office immediately and was asked to provide documentation so they would be able to replace it. Received an email shortly confirming delivery for that upcoming Friday. I waited the entire day and called but they never showed up. I immediately send an email and call them to find out why they never showed up- no response. Called and left voicemails - no response. Finally got someone on the whole who apologized profusely and promised to order the missing arm for delivery. Also promised to call back and confirm but of course no return call. When I call to try and confirm, they tell me the piece has not been ordered and I'm not scheduled for delivery. This happens THREE MORE TIMES. I ordered the couch MORE than a month ago AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE ARM. I've hosted folks in my home TWICE and had to awkwardly explain why my couch is missing a VERY noticeable part of the sectional. They even promised to have the OWNER call me and of course, no call was received. As a small business owner, I understand that you have challenges but to go an entire MONTH without a resolution or at least a fair attempt at communicating one with a customer is unacceptable. I was fairly patient with them but this is going on 6 weeks and no one seems to know what's going on. Patronize at your own risk.

Kevin was quick, he called me understood what was going on and gave me his personal number for future use. He promised that the delivery will be made on Dec 2, Saturday, and made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Now that's the support customers need. Told my friend about my purchase and he has placed his order as well. Will be referring more.

I especially appreciated that originally the delivery was supposed to be inbetween 8am-12pm, and they were promptly there at 8am so I didn't have to wait around til 12pm. The couch is nice, relatively easy to put together. Ok comfortable, perfect if you like really firm. The couches I got, Laguna, were a little bit of a different color than what it seemed online, but still really like it!

United States | 17 November 2017My wife and I were so skeptical that we could get two nice looking couches for $420 with free delivery. We get joking that this site is probably a scam. BUT WOW were we wrong. The couches took a week and a half to get delivered but they look great! People compliment them and can't believe how little we spent. The couches aren't super heavy duty but they do the trick! Love them.
