Other than my order being pushed back a week due to complications, everything was great. Sectional is beautiful and just as pictured, service was polite, and delivery driver was pleasant and professional. Just wish I would've ordered the matching ottoman!

The ordering and delivery process was easy. Hassle free and could not have asked for a better experience from that aspect. The piece was also fairly easy to assemble alone. Unfortunately, the couch is incredibly uncomfortable. Will not be buying my next couch this way.

It is a very easy to search on their website, which is blessing compare to other websites. it so easy to order our living room set and the bedroom set, and I also bought a patio set as well. They are so friendly, they delivery the goods at the window of one hour, and they called me 20 minutes before they get to my home.. They delivery the goods and assembly them and set it in the places that we need. Thank you guys for making it so easy for us.

I bought a sectional from yes furniture...it was a great price and delivered on time...I priced the same furniture at different local stores and it was doubled in price... I highly recommend yes furniture!!!

I ordered the Troy set in May because we were moving into a new house. Due to unforeseen circumstances our couches didn't get opened until Sept. A piece was missing from our otherwise perfect couches and yes furniture sent us the missing piece with no issues. Great company with great customer service. We love our new furniture set!

Delivery was 2 hrs late, they did call and say they were going to be a hour late but it was 2 hrs. I bought a couch and a table. I had to assemble both of them. The table was easy to put together but was missing 2 screws (i went to home depot instead of calling and waiting)& I like my table. The couch looks nice but is super uncomfortable and I don't think will hold up very well and it is smaller than I thought it would be. Overall...lesson learn I will not be buying furniture online again.

So far we love the furniture. I am curious to see how it holds up. Most of the stores were $1,000.00 and up for sectionals. So the Yes price was nice.It's a little light weight. time will tell about the durability.

Furniture ordered was damaged so I could not assemble it. It's been sitting in my house for a month and they still haven't picked it up yet.
