Received couch very late, poor quality couch aswell, two of the legs already broke within the first week of ownership.

Yes Furniture is great! I was weary about using a company I’d never heard of but they had the sectional I wanted at almost half the price I’d found anywhere else and with free shipping and no tax. The customer service rep I spoke with was really nice when I had to change the delivery address at the last minute and the delivery man was extremely patient and helped me get the sectional to my new apartment. I would definitely buy from them again.

Wonderful online company!!! If u want good price furniture and on time delivery, u want them. I ordered online and spoke to a representative for delivery details. I was coming from Michigan and flow into las Vegas after delivery details were confirmed. Everything worked out perfect. Driver came between times arranged and I was so excited and anxious. Love love love my furniture and price. Furniture was wrapped and protected so good. I went on other online company's websites and the same furniture was higher. Thank u yes furniture!! Will be ordering again soon.

At first delivery, they came to my house but forgot to bring the sofa. The truck driver apologized for that. Second time they came on time and with the sofa. It was kind of funny but so far the service was good and the product is good with the price.

I had just moved and needed to outfit an entire 2 bedroom townhouse. I have a story in regards to my experience. I was thrilled to get a good deal on a chest and so I ordered. It showed up but when we opened the box, it was damaged on the top corners. So, I called the following day to see about getting a replacement. This led to many phone calls to them just trying to get a replacement and the free lamp (since I ordered online). It took 3 weeks to a month to get it resolved but only because 1) they had to get one shipped from the factory and 2) they only deliver to Santa Barbara on Thursdays. Once everything got squared away, the owner delivered the replacement to me, gave me 2 lamps for my trouble and worked with my schedule on the day of delivery and apologized for the inconvenience. I am happy with the product and the outcome. It looks really nice and we didn't have to put it together except for putting the handles on the drawers. I would definitely buy more furniture from them and plan to in the future! Thank you Yes! Furniture

Good, honest company. Kevin, the owner, made sure I had what needed, stayed in touch with me when my original piece wasn't working out and delivered new pieces himself. The quality is great and you can't go wrong with the many different options. I would order from them again.
