I ordered my furniture from here, not only did they provide great customer service but they delivered the items into my house. Most other companies I've dealt with have just left it on the curb but these guys brought my dining table into the dining room and my sofas in the living room! The representatives are great and very helpful especially since I've never ordered furniture online and the delivery guys were so nice! AT FIRST WE WERE CONCERN ABOUT ORDERING FROM YESFURNITURE. #1 THEY ARE A NEWER COMPANY, #2 WE DIDN'T KNOW THE QUALITY OF THE FURITURE. WE WENT WITH OUR GUT FEELING & THE GREAT REVIEWS YES FURNITURE ALREADY HAD, AND WHEN WE PLACED OUR ORDER YESFURNITURE CALLED US TO CONFIRM OUR ORDER & TO GET PAYMENT FROM US. THEY WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND WHAT TO EXPECT. FOR SOME REASON I REALLY LIKED THAT & FELT IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE PLACED OUR ORDER & RECIEVED IT IN 1 WEEK. THE DRIVER ALSO CALLED A HALF HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY TO NOTIFY US HE'D BE THERE. I REALLY LIKED THIS BECAUSE IT GAVE US 30 MINUTES TO MOVE OUR CARS & HAVE A SPOT FOR THE MAN TO DROP OFF OUR BED. EVERYTHING DID COME IN A BOX. WE DID HAVE A FEW BOXES THAT WERE DAMAGED... WE WERE A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT OPENING THE BOX BUT WE DID & STARTED TO BUILD IT. IT WAS REALLY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER & IT WAS VERY NICE & SOLID... WE WERE SHOCKED FOR THE PRICE WE PAID & THE QUALITY WE GOT. WE HAD ONE DENT ON OUR HEADBOARD FROM WERE THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED BUT WE ASKED EACH OTHER CAN WE LIVE WITH THIS?? WE AGREED YES. THE OTHER DAMAGE WAS ON ONE OF OUR DRAWERS UNDER OUR BED. IT LOOKED AS IF SOMEONE HAD PUNCHED IT.. LUCKILY IT DIDN'T EFFECT OUR BED NOR COULD ANYONE SEE IT SO WE WERE OK WITH KEEPING IT. OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVE OUR NEW BED & NIGHT STAND. WE'RE AMAZED ON THE QUALITY & ARE DIFFENTLY GOING TO RECOMMEND FRIENDS & FAMILY.

I ordered from Way Fair in the past and was less than pleased with service and quality. Their customer service is non existent. YES was seamless. Better quality, better service & assembly for a reasonable price. No more Way Fair for me!

I am very happy with my purchases from Yes Furniture and I have purchased a bed, two night stands and a dresser. The original dresser was damaged at the wearhouse and no other pieces were available, so Yes Furniture let me pick out a replacement and although it was slightly more expensive, they waived the price difference for the inconvenience (which was very nice) and I had the new pieces delivered only four days later. I also got a bit of a discount by paying in full which was also a nice gesture. The furniture itself is very nice, definitely leaps and bounds above hole in the wall furniture stores or IKEA and not nearly as much as custom furniture. I definitely recommend Yes Furniture for the quality of their products and the great level of customer service.

However, I'm not too fond of the couch I bought. I wish it had more details online, so I knew I was buying a couch with Velcro on the back cushions. The bottom cushions also slide out way too much. It's annoying. BUT, great customer service and handy delivery!

there are plenty of options to choose from. the furniture was completely unassembled but it was pretty easy to put together. the price was well worth it and delivery was free. i will be using them again.

I thought when you spend $1,100 on an outdoor table, it is supposed to last more than one year. I was wrong! After having this table for one year, it has completely fallen apart, and we have to throw it out. I will never purchase anything from this company again. What a waste of money! Update. Yes Furniture claims I am lying about my purchase date. I have my American Express statement from July 2016 with the purchase on it. Perhaps the company changed names, or was bought out. Either way, their product sucks!

Yes furniture is place to shop for any furniture. Love the fast service, love the outstanding quality and best of all prices which i couldent find anywhere else. They had huge inventory to select what i want and as soon as they took my order called and confermed my address and delivery date. I will buy more and I recommend yes furniture to everyone.

The dining room table and chairs that I got are fantastic! I also bought a king sized bed frame and it has been amazing! I love the drawers and the head board. We also purchased a sectional couch that I am not to fond about. It is a nice couch to have as decoration or special occasions but not good for everyday use. The cushions flatten are hard, they sink into the team and aren't very comfortable. Overall my experience was good but I just wouldn't buy a couch online again.
