I purchased a leather sectional sofa through Yesfurniture, but found out eventually that the company does not deliver past the Sacramento area and thus could not ship the product to me, as I live in Redding, CA. Although there were some delays in getting a full refund processed, as well as a few communication gaps, I found the staff and company owner to be sincere and polite. I was given a sincere apology and my refund request was given immediate attention. I believe the company tries to serve their customers well! My only advice is to call I advance to make sure you are located within their service area for delivery.

I ordered a couch from YesFurniture, but unfortunately had to go ahead and cancel the order. There was an issue originally getting the money into my account, but I was able to get ahold of the company owner who personally handled and fixed the issue. I would definitely consider offing from this company in the future.

Edit: Talked with the owner. They will be delivering in 2 weeks. Hopefully there will not be any more delays! --- I made an order over a month ago (almost 2 months now) and the item still isn't delivered. They emailed me saying the item I ordered was not in stock while they website does not say so. Why isn't the website up to date with the stock status? At first they take days to reply to my email but now they completely ignore my emails. I even tried calling and leaving messages many times but they never get back to me. I've waited too long and it's disappointing. I was supposed to have received my table set but instead we have to go without a dining table for over 2 months. I want my refund now. Avoid buying from this website if you have the choice, or you might potentially lose your money.

I'm hoping to get a response here since no one is calling me back from my voicemails or answering the phone in Phoenix. I ordered furniture basically for my entire house I just bought. I was so excited for them to come in on the 15th of July. Only to get a phone call that day or the day before saying it all got "stuck at the port" and wouldn't be delivered until the 29th *maybe.* I tried calling to see if there was anyway to rush or schedule it early since family was coming by or get some questions answered and have received no response. I'm a little worried they will never come in and I'm tired of sitting on my floor all the time and having nowhere to eat! Update 7/24/17 After no response from my voicemails i started calling again. I got a hold of one of the offices finally and the woman reassured me that the furniture was coming on the 29th of this month. I'll update then. Update 8/2/17 Our furniture arrived at 8:30 am on 7/29. It took about 2 hours for my husband and I to put together a leather sectional, a dining table/4 chairs, and a coffee table with 2 side tables. All seem high quality and no defects that we noticed. We are upset we had to wait a month for our furniture and that not all of the phone numbers under "customer service" work, but overall we are pleased with the purchase.

I purchased furniture 1 month ago. got partial furniture bed set with out the mattress. After some work on the phone we finally worked out the purchase. Got a discount on furniture and refund on a piece. Hope customer service improve and would be better for the owner. Furniture is good quality.

7/26: update- still waiting for my refund. Not ok. Single mom with limited funds. No couch and out a bunch of money. Not ok. Deborah Geary Ordered a sofa about 7 wks ago. I left many messages and emails. No contact back to me. I'm concerned this is a scam. I called again7/7-get same voicemail. I would like a refund. 7 wks is way too long for any reply.

Yesterday I posted a 1 star review and voiced that I thought Yes Furniture might be a scam. After posting here and leaving a message on the phone number associated with my American Express order, I received a call back from them finally. I was told that they were having troubles with their phones (I called three different phone #'s in three different cities and got no response). He conference called me in with a woman who could give me updates on my order and he refunded me some money as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate that though all I really wanted was to know that I wasn't taken by a shady online company. Supposedly my order will arrive next week. I will only update this posting if it doesn't.

I love my new family room, my daughter's bedroom and my son's bedroom. They looked as beautiful as the pictures. The price was amazing and the service was great. Thank you yes furniture team and I can't wait to see my living room and dining room <3

I had a good experience with yesfurniture. I bought lots of stuff. It was very easy to assemble and quality is very impressive. I was always a Ikea customer. But a sneak peak at yesfurniture website, I got stuff that I exactly wanted and was not getting at Ikea for sure. Do give this website a visit. I can assure you will not be disappointed.

I just received our furniture this weekend. The whole process was easy and they ship FAST! I love the family room sofa. It has an electric recliner for each seat! The delivery guys are always happy to help and very patient. Thanks so much can't wait to pick out the bedrooms next.

My family recently ordered a living room set and two bedroom sets. I am in love with the Furniture! Our living room set is a recliner set and its sooo comfortable! The Bedrooms are very nice too and everything is very high quality furniture. We loved it so much we went ahead and ordered another living room and Bedroom set!

My family and I ordered two living room sets and a complete bedroom set for each room in the house. The top notch quality of the furniture make the house look very grand. We didn't experience any damages or missing pieces (although most of the furniture were already preassembled). The order came in as expected and the delivery guys moved all the pieces to their corresponding rooms (both upstairs and downstairs, which was great!). I am so pleased with our purchases, this company truly went above and beyond!

As a long time customer of furniture2go, I recently made my first purchase at the new yesfurniture site which did not go very smoothly due to some items being out of stock. After providing feedback of a bad experience, and swearing off the site for good, I am happy to say that yesfurniture went above and beyond to turn an unsatisfactory and disappointing experience into a great one. I can't say enough how appreciative I am that someone took the time to reach out and provide an explanation and a sound resolution that left me feeling both valued and grateful at the same time. Thank you SO much! Furthermore, I have never been disappointed with the items I have purchased so far. I've always received beautiful, well made furniture that looks great and is easy to assemble at prices that beat the competition. When it comes to being able to find the same or similar items elsewhere, it is not hard. But, when it comes to finding the same or similar items at such a great price with free delivery, you will not find a better place online or in person than at yesfurniture. Thanks again!

Everything was 5 stars. I was a little leary about this purchase but the dining table and chairs were such a great price compared to other websites I took a chance and couldn't be happier. I was called with in minutes of my purchase and then I was called a half hour before delivery on the delivery day. The table and chairs were easy to put together and I couldn't find anything wrong not even a scratch. I will not hesitate to use yesfurniture again.

I'm writing again because the company flagged my last review & I will continue to repost until it is left on here. everybody must know the horrible experience I had to go thru... I tried to purchase a couch with this company last night online. A green sectional for $579. I put my card information on their website & then I got an error message when I push the submit. The funds were taking from bnk account immediately. It was already after hours so I didn't really stress because I would call the company in the morning to see whats going on. I called the next day and spoke to one of their representatives. She told me she couldn't set up delivery because funds were never captured, I let her know that the funds were taking immediately. She told me she was going to check with her accounting department to see whats going on and she would call back. I got a call back from the representative stating that they voided the transaction right after it was captured because their system was experiencing a glitch. She told me to reach out to my bank. Upon speaking to my bank the company indeed still had the funds on hold and my bank couldn't release them. SO WHO HAS MY MONEY? I ended up calling the company back with no answer & leaving numerous voicemails. I went on here and left a bad review and FINALLY got a call back from the same representative. She apologized and told me they experienced an emergency and had to vacate the building???? first they have a glitch and now you have an emergency going on over there.. sounds weird to me. I explained to her what my bank said that their company still had a hold of my money she told me she would look further into it and give me a call back. 30 minutes later i get a call from the owner himself. The call started off good and then he decided to continue on to say if my bad review affects his company in any way..... EXCUSE ME? that's where i stopped him i refuse to do business with a company who treats people this way. so I'm writing to everybody to please reconsider getting anything from yesfurniture its not worth the stress. and the owner is a bully he didn't make the situation any better so thanks but NO THANKS. i just want my money back & you can keep deleting my reviews. ill just keep reposting because nobody should be treated this way.
