I wanted to order a couch that I saw somewhere else, that was no longer available. I had taken a picture of it and googled it and it came up on this site. I was grateful that I could find it. From the moment it was out of the box the ottoman seemed much softer (u sink into it) than the rest of the pieces. After putting it together, I was right. After about 3 months the couches lost their bounce so to speak, they started to sag (My previous couch lasted almost 7years!). Currently almost 10 months in, the cushions come apart from the set very often and I keep having to push the lounge part together. I have to say that even though delivery was late due to an "incident" on the freeway, the guy who delivered it was so polite and amazing! It was past 9pm, but he was great!

I appreciate the efficiency and knowledge of every co worker and their promptness to fulfill the needs of a customer.

Dear Company, Please make sure that you actually delivered the product before you start sending requests to review your company.

Was able to get everything taken care of when there was a problem with the couch and it is now complete.

My sofa arrived as promised, however, was surprised that service did not include unpacking of huge, ungainly boxes. Assembly took skill but manageable. Happy w/results for excellent price!

I would give it a 5 but was not notify it would be cheaper to pay with cash.

The product was very affordable, delivered on time, and was exactly what I expected. The customer service answered every question I had in a very polite manner. Will be returning as a customer if I ever need to buy furniture.

My dinning room set was scared and the legs did not tighten sectional would not stay put together and neither would the Ottoman and came under sewen

They had really good quality stuff for very reasonable prices. My furniture arrived a little later than what was scheduled (two to three days after) but they ended up giving me a "inconvenience" lamp for free which was nice of them. Their customer service was also very friendly. I plan on getting something more from them soon. The only thing that was difficult was being at home during their proposed schedule times since my work schedule doesn't let me do that so often.

Accidentally ran into this site and thought it was too good to be true with how great the prices were and the quality of the furniture. Turns out I was completely wrong and I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I must've referred at least 10 people here already and will only buy from them from this point on. The customer service was also probably the best I've ever had to deal with. My whole living room and kitchen is from YES! And I get nothing but compliments on everything every time someone comes to my place! Definitely worth over 5 stars.

It's very hard to come across a piece of furniture that so brings a home together that, in fact, IT becomes a focal point along the way! This is true of this TV stand/entertainment center; it is a beauty! I wanted to attach a picture so you can see what I mean. (Oh well) It is so good; so far it exceeds our expectations in all ways. The delivery was simple. The installation was very easy. We paid for the extra assistance by the delivery men who found, it a real pleasure to put this together because they think it's really attractive too! Iit's nice to see that your own people (indirectly) are proud of the products they're delivering! That doesn't happen every day. Other than dragging neighbors in off the street to come see our contemporary entertainment center/tv stand, we couldn't be more thrilled with our purchase! We've bought furniture and even cars online, but this is one of the best online purchases we ever made! I've seen similar pieces like this even listed in used furniture for more than twice what this cost us--a bargain too!

Waited a week to get my daybed delivered but they brought a desk instead. I was going to give up and go elsewhere but a manager called, apologized, and offered me a free lamp if I went through with the order. Another week went by and they finally delivered my daybed (no lamp came or was ever mentioned again). Unfortunately the daybed was the wrong color so I called and had to wait another week for them to pick it up and give me a refund. I was charged a ridiculous amount just to have them pick it up again. Not really my fault there people.

The customer service, the delivery and setup and the furniture quality was excellent. We really enjoy our new dining room table.
