United States | 03 November 2016I will do the survey and generally I am very happy with all the pieces I got but the King Bed. The wooden planks broke immediatelly when we got it … as soon as someone slept on it - no fat people in this house! It is not surprising as it was just 5 tiny thin pieces of wood to support the king mattress We replaced all the planks with thick strong wooden planks and then the bed sides got loose in the middle and the planks fell off the bed. We have spent up to now over $200 to fix that bed - last week we got the last planks - stronger than the ones we got the second time and we screwed them on the sides but it is possible that the bed will fall apart again. Please let me know if you’d like to do something about it. All the best Despina

United States | 30 October 2016If I could give yes furniture negative starts I would. I ordered my sectional a month ago & I was called twice to have my delivery date rescheduled. Untilmitley I was given 3 different delivery dates and the sectional finally arrived today 10/29. When I spoke with the manager about the delays he was rude and spoke over me when I tried to express my frustrations. While assembling the couch we noticed it is missing one of the metal brackets that holds the couch and the chase lounge together. One of the couch legs is also missing the metal fastener that you screw the wooden couch leg into so that leg is just simply sitting underneath the couch not fastened onto anything. There was also a leg on the chase lounge where the fastener had fallen out, it was supposed to be screwed into the wood with two tiny screws then you screw the leg onto the couch. We had to hammer the fastener back into the wood in order to screw the leg onto the chase. The fastener did not go into the wood all of the way so the leg isn't as structurally sound as it should be. I did receive a discount due to how many times my delivery was rescheduled but over all the due to the delay on delivery along with the missing/broken pieces on the couch the discount does not make up for the poor product that I received or the poor service. I will never do business with this company again. Reply to yes furniture 10/30- It was never explained to me that there was a delay in you receiving my couch from poundex. I was just simply told by the manager that there was not enough orders for you all to make the trip from California to AZ to make it worth while for you as a company because it would cost more in gas than you would make if you just brought my couch separately, not sure why the reason is changing now that you're replying to my review. If it was indeed the case that there was a delay in you receiving the sectional from poundex then I should have been told that when you guys called me to reschedule twice. I did acknowledge that you gave me a discount twice but I still feel that in the end the delay combined with the missing/broken pieces & all the headaches that the discount was not worth it. I also understand that you say this is your best selling sectional and you have plenty of reviews which is great & im glad other people has a pleasant experience but that is not the case for me. I'm not sure why you felt it necessary to say that all the sectionals require assembly and that it was explained to me when my order was placed. Perhaps you misread my review, I did not complain about having to assembled the sectional nor did I say I was never told I had to. What I said was that the sectional I was sold is missing pieces and had broken parts and because of that it would not assemble correctly. I will wait to hear from a manager tomorrow to see what can be done about my missing and broken parts.
