United States | 27 October 2016My order was placed but not ordered by who ever orders. I called the day of delivery to find this out. I was given a discount for waiting two more weeks.... and a lamp. They delivery guys were moody but I still tipped them 30$ for about 20 min of light work. I don't even think they said thank you and they left cardboard boxes in my apt. Really big ones I had to take out and break down while injured. Two stars only. My second order I made on Oct 27 was supposed to be delivered today and isn't here , no call back after 5 calls today!!! These idiots just lost me a half days pay again!!!!!!

I have shopped on lnine before where they offered free delivery but it has mostly been curb side....Yes furniture team delivery team palce the item in my home and that was awsome. Good job guys.

Their prices are unbeatable but to be honest I was a little concerned about the quality of their products as I had never ordered from them before and it's only an online store. When the guys came to deliver the furniture they were helpful in showing me all the items and made sure I was happy with my new sectional and bedroom set. I couldn't believe they offer free in-home delivery. None of the other furniture stores I came across offered that. Needless to say, they gained a new customer and I will be ordering from them again whenever I need new furniture. I've already recommended them to family and friends!

United States | 27 October 2016I love the size of the sofa fits 5 ppl comfortably and 4 if someone is laying on the side. I am happy with the quality and texture I ordered the dark gray but it looks a little more brownish than gray.

The drivers brought everything inside my apartment and did not complain the elevator was broken. It was a great experience. Thank you

I was kind of skeptical ordering from some where that didn't have a warehouse because of scams, but they didn't request my payment until the item was delivered! My couch is so beautiful and I am so grateful for the prices! I would definitely purchase again!

I separated my payments and some of my furniture could have been sent as it was paid for but they did not. When the company installed my tv stand they damaged it.
