this company the services really badly i was signature the over years ago contract for $14,000 .00 to replace 10 windows. And they try to give me the wrong windows. and they take my money $2500.00 deposit I called many times, and they never respond my call. please do not trust this bad company, they promise client's good material and then give them bad material, they just took my money and never did the job.

The salesman wasn't pushy at all. Just laid everything out for us and answered all of our questions. Easy. The installer was here on time, did the install and cleaned up afterwards.

Easy process. Windows showed up ahead of schedule and were installed within a week after. The installer Ryan Lilly did a great job. Took his time and paid attention to detail. Very happy with the install.

The two guys who installed our kitchen slider window did it in one hour! They showed us how to open and take out the window for cleaning it. They even sweeped the floor. It looks great and we are very pleased with it.

The price was fair, the process went smoothly, and the windows work great.

The windows look and work so much better than what I had. The crew of Alex P, Miguel, and Pablo did a great job! They were professional, kept me informed throughout the day, and cleaned inside and out. From purchasing through install, I would recommend this company.

Customer service and communication were incredibly poor. The only reason I give 3 stars is because install crew was friendly and efficient. Could have done a little better job cleaning up after install. Definitely expected more for such an expensive project.

Customer service is s***! Ordered 9 windows, 3 were the wrong size, called and all I got was I would have to wait, no apology, nothing! Not sure why they measure, windows were short all around, filled with foam and vinyl, not sure how this will save energy bills like they said it would. The windows themselves look good, but the bs that comes with them isn't worth it.

My windows were just installed today and I have to say it went as smooth as glass (pun intended). The three installers had been doing this for many years and knew exactly what they had to do and did it efficiently, professionally, and they do look wonderful. They laid down drop cloths all over house and cleaned up every thing. I'm very happy with the results.

We had leaf guards installed. The service from start to finish was excellent. The product is high quality and is working well.

Ordered five windows to be installed. Two were made wrong and needed to be remade. I didn't hear anything so I called the saleman. He was very short with me and said what do you want me to do. call customer service. Very upsetting that someone making a commision off of you is not willing to help. I called customer service and had to leave a message. Customer service returned my call and the women calling must of had a bad day. She was rude and just said we will get them remade. Of couse we had to pay the remaing balance before they would even come to install them, so we was without to new windows and our money.Two months later after not hearing anything on the replacement windows i again called about the windows. The women I talked to was very nice and told me the windows had been done and ready for install three weeks ago. I ask why we had not been contacted. She said we should have received an email and a phone call to schedule the install. We did not receive either. I ask to talk to someone in management. She told me she would have them call me. The install scheduling manager that called me was very pleasant and understood us being so upset with the service we had received. She said she would follow up on why we were never contacted. Very poor customer service. We do not recomend this company because of the mistakes and lack of customer service.

Gentlemen (2) that showed up at my house to install My windows were on time, courteous and very professional as well as very fast with their job. After installation, supervisor walked around with me made sure I was perfectly happy and I was. Great job and great new look on my house.

The worst experience. We will never consider their service in the future. We ordered 5 windows and one sliding patio door. The ordeal started with a dishonest salesperson who misled us about the windows design. He assumed us that replacement windows would have the same flange as original ones and that installation crew will remove siding to replace windows. All windows and the sliding door were delivered unpacked with a lot of black marks, scratches, and one frame was even cracked. During the installation process it became evident that measurements had been inaccurately taken. Consequently, some windows ended up with 1” gap on the top and bottom. Those gaps weren’t even thoughtfully filled with foam. Regrettably my heating bill increased instead of promised energy saving. What was supposed to be one day the installation turned into a frustrating 4 day process. After installation one window began leaking badly due to faulty flashing. Rectifying this problem required an additional 2 visits from repair crew. To add to the frustration, a bracket in one window broke after just 2 days, and it took a painstaking 6 months to have it properly repaired. As for the cracked frame, a replacement was only arranged after a staggering 11 months. later

The job was done with customer service an care. Job was done nice an cleaning making sure we liked the finished look. Very Happy with our finished windows look. Job was done in three hours of putting in seven windows with great care.

Company on a whole did not follow up with me I had to keep calling for arrival & installation date regularly.. The install was amazing, polite and did the job by himself 6 windows in 4 hours with cleaning up an all You would never know he was there..

The windows look great, and I can’t say enough good things about the crew that installed them. Denver Zinn & Crew were friendly, professional, quick, and cleaned up during and after. To be honest I heard stories of people who have had issues with new windows. Denver and Sean really put those to rest.
