Yuniel Gonzales and his teammate were very professional and did a great job with the installation and removal of the old windows. I’d recommend their team to anyone.

37 windows and 3 doors in 2 days! They guys said they don't usually stop for lunch but I made them and bought pizza for everyone! Tremendous workers!

We had 20 windows replaced. It was supposed to take at least a day and a half. Our installers Mike and Dan were very efficient. So much so that the job was actually done in one day.(some of the windows were a little difficult). I loved how they made sure the work surfaces and our furniture were protected, and the clean up was amazing. They cleaned up any mess they made and then some. I don’t have any more windows to be replaced but if I did I would want these guys to do it

I had ordered windows under duress from the new property owners in my mobile home park and didn't realize removing blinds would be my resposibility. Nic Silvano and Sam Roberts have resolved my issues to my complete satisfaction. GOD Bless both of you!

I felt pushed and not listened to by my representative. I was also lied to by him when he stated I could have windows installed on a Saturday. Scheduler was kind of rude as well. I will not be getting any more windows from them. Installer was good.

I had UWD come out an give me to give me an estimate for my entire me. The salesman was very knowledgeable. I asked about the buy 2 windows get 2 free deal and was told that was "not really a thing." So , I was given pricing for 17 windows. I was offered financing which was spelled out in the contract. I was told by the salesman, that there was about a 15week lead time for install, after the final measure. I was told to use the app to track my project and that I would be receiving a call to set up the final measure. Several weeks went by before I ever heard from anyone. I had tried to call the office several times, but was never able to reach anyone. I finally did hear from them to schedule my final measure, 4 weeks after my initial estimate. I was told that there was only 1 person in my area that does this measuring. There were not any available times that were convenient for me. I was told by the guy that called that I should just get someone to come to my house to wait for the measure. I scheduled an appointment in hopes that I could find someone to be there. I scheduled the appointment for another 4 weeks out, as that was there only availability. 1week before the final measure, I received additional financing terms from a company I had never heard of with a back dated offer. The term was for an astronomical amount, basically tripling the cost of the windows. I immediately called to cancel the final measure. Its interesting that after hours you are able to leave a message for customer service, but during regular working hours you cannot. After that day I received no less that 4 calls per day wanting me to reschedule. Several of these calls were made back to back. I work during the day and cannot take calls while doing so. Each time I tried to call back and each time, I reached absolutely NOONE. When I was able to take a call from them, a few weeks had gone by. I told them I no longer wished to have the project completed.. I was told they would let the salesman know. I have since that time received repeated texts from the salesman even after I state I was no longer interested in having windows installed by their company. I feel as if this company only care about high dollar sales. There is no reason for repeated calls and text after you have said you are no longer interested.

Just finished phase one of window installs and the install was fantastic! Scheduling was easy and the installers were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up the worksite 100%. Windows look great!!! Shout out to Rodney, Tyler and Jordan, fantastic job!!!

Everyone that came in contact with were very professional, they explained everything clearly, I was impressed with Sales Rep, he actually brought samples so you had an idea of what the product actually was. When I had questions the CSR were able to give me quick and reliable answers, I can’t say enough about the Installers, they arrived within the stated time frame, they did the job efficiently, installed five windows in about two hours, demonstrated how the windows worked before they left, they were friendly in that we talked about difference in windows, the windows that I had replaced were a good 40-50 years in our house, they also did a good job of cleaning up when done. I still have more windows to have replaced and I intend to call to complete that job as well. Thanks I love the way my new windows look.

From the salesman through to the installation, the whole process was very smooth. I shopped around at several competitors comparing products, prices, installation procedures. Overall, Universal Windows had the best product for right price. Communication with customer service was great. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who answered my questions throughly. The windows and slider door I ordered came in within a week of the projected time quoted. With replacing all my windows and back slider I was impressive with how close Universal kept within the time frame. The installation was amazing. In one 8 1/2 hour day, their team of 5 replaced all my windows and slider door and finished the whole project including the fine trim details not needing to come back and finish up. There team also did a great job cleaning both the outside and inside areas where they had worked. I have a couple more projects planned in the future and planning to use other branches of Universal for this projects. Exceedingly excellent job and thank you.

All of the people involved in my window purchase and installation were wonderful! They went above and beyond! Not gonna lie...a couple of issues came up along the way (with construction when DOESN'T it hahha) BUT...they made everything right with no problems! I would recommend them 1,000%!
