Noah, Nathan, Steven and Carter arrived and immediately began removing old windows! They worked as a well- seasoned team! The speed of removal and install was amazing. Clean up was stellar! I am beyond ecstatic! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!!

Set up an appointment for estimate at a booth at a fair. They never showed or called. I called them and they said they had nothing in their system even though they asked for both my wife's and my phone numbers and my Email. ??. They asked if we wanted to try again. No Thankyou.

I have ordered 4 windows total. Two are already installed, and my remaining two windows are still to be delivered. The problems began whenever we discovered that all four windows were not manufactured correctly; however, two were already installed before the mistake was caught. Universal and I agreed to postpone installing the remaining two windows until the "sashes" were replaced and that the sashes would need to be replaced in the installed windows as well. A service technician came out and replaced the two sashes in the installed windows, which I have no problems with as they are now. There are three problems I'm having now, the timeline of my contract, acquiring the remaining two windows with the "old" sashes in addition to the replaced "new" sashes, and the remaining balance Mike Tucker has verbally agreed to. Whenever I first signed my payment contract with Universal Windows, I chose to pay off the balance within one year with no interest. The end of that contract is coming up in a couple months and Universal has not provided me with the service they have promised. I need my remaining two windows (with the new sashes installed and the old sashes on the side) delivered to my home. Not installed, but strictly delivered. I've tried to have this arranged numerous times, but they never arrive and after a phone call with Mike Tucker on 4/20/2023, he is insisting that I am not entitled to the remaining two old sashes whenever I was already promised by Mike H that I am. In November of 2022, I've expressed my concerns to Mike Tucker with the state of the project and how I'm disappointed with everything. He agreed to fixing all window sashes, delivering my remaining two windows without installation, and has agreed that if I cut all ties with Universal by removing their warranty, then my grand total would be $2000. Since I've already paid $1000 upfront, my remaining balance would be $1000. After the phone call on 4/20/23, he has denied all financial claims. Who can I speak to that is trustworthy within to company to come to a resolution? I cannot speak to Mike Tucker because I do not trust him to be an honest person.

we had windows installed last November, the windows are great but our installers ere not. when removing the old windows they damaged they damaged the drywall around several windows which i had to repair also they damaged a windowsill they said they would replace it i waited over 4 months and they several said it would taken care of but never was I had to hire someone and they repaired it also waited almost 4 mo to get screens replaced

The installation team outstanding, installed without any concerns. I observed the install at various stages of the install. Removed all debris from the install. When I requested caulking of the lower sills, taken care of. I would encourage Universal Windows Direct to continue with this install team.

We had a roof installed just over four years ago and shortly thereafter, we noticed shingles were loose and came off the roof and were having leaks where the cedar wood on house went directly into the roof. They came out and replaced the loose shingles and put a single nail in every shingle that was missing! Poorly executed! They took pictures of the wood and told me because the wood is old it is the reason for the leaks. Hmm..I think we all know wood shrinks as it gets older and that is why flashing is used to circumvent any water that falls into the corners where this goes into the roof. They have insisted the roof was installed correctly and won't honor my warranty. Universal Window claims it is my problem. So, my question is why wasn't this made known to us when the roof was installed? Do you want to know why? The installers were not English and at the time, Universal Windows had no contractor in the Fort Wayne, IN area so they installed the roof illegally!; the contractor they now have now in Fort Wayne wants nothing to do with it because he didn't install the roof! The last appointment he made with me he never showed! We have had nothing but poor service from Universal Windows from the start! I wouldn't recommend them at all! They do a lousy job and will not honor their warranty! I am not asking for the world, I am simply asking they fix the leaks and if that means putting an entire roof on correctly then so be it!
