United States | 06 December 2024We recently purchased a BK 1 electric balance bike for our granddaughter. Upon assembling, we could not get it to hold a charge or work at all. We filmed a troubleshooting video as requested and a replacement battery was timely sent to us. After installing the battery, we experienced the same issue of the balance bike not responding. After reporting this, a replacement BK1 electric scooter was immediately sent to us. This one is operating without any issues. The process of the team at high boy was quite impeccable, and we are very pleased on how they handled this situation and in such a timely manner. We had previously purchased 2 DK1 electric motorbikes for our grandsons who have had them for a year ( age 6, rides it every day and age 4, still trying) We have had a great experience with Hi-Boy products and their staff.

United States | 06 December 2024I had the S2 Pro and liked it very much. I am 76 years old and used it to ride around our little town and to go to the Post Office. I have bad knees and the cracks in the road hurt my knees going over them. I then went to the X300 and the bigger tires and front shocks made the shock to my knees go away. I really like the little bigger platform and gained a little higher speed. I would recommend this scooter and give it high ratings.

United States | 05 December 2024I am proud to say I have used their scooters all 4.5 years of my college career! An owner of the S2 model, it gets me where I need to go all over campus. Fast! Enough battery life to last the whole day as well, which is impressive considering a great deal of my campus is on a hill. Would recommend to anyone.

United States | 05 December 2024Purchase 2, 1 fro each of my boys, 4 and 6. They love em, use them ALLLL the time. Battery life is sufficient, Mode selector (1-2-3) option IS A HUGE + especially as we got these to ge them started. Would highly recommend over coopetitor's such a "Razor."

United States | 03 December 2024My Hiboy came quickly in the mail and was relatively easy to set up independently as a college student. I did not have a car at college for my first year on a medium/big-sized campus, so investing in another form of transportation was important to me as a commuter student. The Hiboy scooter was easy to ride, and I quickly felt confident in my scooter abilities. I have put my Hiboy through quite a bit of weather, and an accident or two, and the scooter still functions fine. I would recommend a Hiboy scooter to a commuter student without a car! I have had a few minor issues with the stiffness of the folding feature and sometimes the on/off button getting stuck, but neither of these issues impacted my ability to get to/from college- just a bit of annoyance.

United States | 30 November 2024Purchased 10/2022 and my HiBoy S2Pro is still solid. Had a couple tumbles and it's held up as well as can expect. Had to replace the tires due to wear, but battery seems to still be good and can still reach it's top speeds without a hitch.

United States | 28 November 2024Charger tip broke off when the MaxPro scooter tipped over while charging. Contacted customer service via website who replied right away. They shipped out a replacement right away. Thank you. BTW the MaxPro is awesome, charges fast and is very stable while riding

I really love the scooters and think they provide great value for their price. Moreover, Hiboy has excellent customer service and whenever I had an issue, they would reply to me very fast and help resolve the issue. I highly recommend Hiboy scooters and will continue to be a loyal customer of Hiboy!

United States | 23 November 2024I purchased the MAX3 about 18mo ago and I still love it! It’s easy to ride, builds confidence (I was new to the electric scooter thing), and has great features. It goes up to 19 mph which is plenty for around town. The battery stays charged for what seems like forever. I especially love the head/tail lights, brake lights (!), and the lighted deck really gives it style. I had some kids yell across the street to me about how cool it looked. I’m a grown man but it is cool! If Batman had a scooter, but tasteful. Oh! And the oversized, air filled tires make the ride comfortable but also allow to ride on many types of terrain. highly recommend.

United States | 22 November 2024My second review for the Hiboy S2 Pro. This is the second time I bought this scooter because the first one was great but this one is significantly less quality. I feel like I was sold a downgraded scooter. The start button used to not be a physical button that gets stuck occasionally. And the electronic break is always getting stuck on and I have to shut off the scooter and restart. And I had to look up and decipher how to turn off the cruise control which is extremely obnoxious and dangerous for city riding (btw “clicking it three times” is not a clear direction considering I don’t know what clicking means on a scooter). I won’t be buying Hiboy brand anymore. At least I can say the body is solid and the wheel are honeycomb which is nice.
