United States | 21 December 2024Edit to correct my mistake: Mistaken about when it was purchased. Purchase was more than a year ago. Looking back on records made me aware I had it longer than thought, but still does not change that there were problems from the beginning. I really wanted it to work out because I did enjoy it, but the defects outnumbered the fun. I bought a Titan Pro scooter in April 2023 from their website. When it was working, it was actually amazingly fast and fun to ride. Unfortunately, it's useless to me now. It never went more than 14 miles on a single battery charge, the rear tire constantly loses air and pops, even with brand new tires, the frame is crooked, the rear fender was missing a screw and now won't even stay on, I'm constantly tightening the handlebars, and a lot of other not as important but annoying things. It took a while to get to me, and when it did, it was missing some parts, like screws to hold on the back fender. There were no instructing manuals, but we figured it out. The battery did not hold its charge. The website said it would go 60 miles before needing charging, but it barely goes 14 miles before the charge runs out. I got it for transportation to work and had to limit my workplace to a 7 mile radius so I wouldn't run out of charge. Contacted support about it, and they asked for photos. That was the one and only contact we received, never heard back from them after that. The rear tire is constantly going flat. Loses air or just pops while riding. I finally got it over to a shop to try to figure out the problem. After looking it over, the mechanic said it had "many" design flaws, one being the frame is crooked. I have been thrown from it twice when the wheels popped, so I thought maybe the frame could have been affected by that, but was told the crookedness of the frame was a manufacturing defect. Another problem is that the air valve is so hard to reach. It is short and on the same side as the motor/brake hardware, which blocks it. The mechanic didn't even want to work on it. Now I have a $1300 paperweight.

United States | 20 December 2024These scooters are legit. I bought one for my son for Christmas, and it exceeded my expectations in the quality of the build. I had a user error question, and customer service was quick to help. While I cannot attest to the longevity of the product yet, I have no doubts it will be great for years.

Canada | 17 December 2024It is full on winter here in Edmonton Alberta Canada. We have a huge river valley with groomed multiuse trails and paths. In the evenings I go for rides and I am astonished at the hills my P6 pulls me up. Once I got the hang of pedal assist and throttle my experience became much more exciting. My big bright headlight illuminating the trail through the evergreen trees ahead of me gives me such a good feeling. My big fat tires handle the snow,ice and surface streets with no problem. I ride the bike path to work for the most part but when I get back downtown where I live, I just blend in with traffic which is set at 40 kph in the downtown area. Unfortunately my battery hit the ground and cracked part of it. Hiboy told me not to use it anymore and said a replacement is on the way. I'm so impressed with Hiboy. I really do love my P6 and if you are on the fence or not sure about buying one, don't be. It is such a great bike for such a great price. I haven't had any issues with my brakes. Which seems to be the issue some have.

I am now going on year 3 of having my scooter, and in that time Iv gotten 3 other people to buy from this company as opposed to another simply because of their Customer HelpLine, their friend referral program, and just the general all around quality of the product. During year 2 of my scooter, I was having issues with getting a replacement tube and when I contacted support I was informed that my particular scooters wheels had been updated to solid tires and I would have to purchase a entire new motor for the rear wheel (still unsure as why), however, cause I have had lead people in the direction of this company, I was offered a very generous discount for a new motor. I wish I could've accepted the offer, but didn't have the means at the time so I missed out on the discount. None the less, just the fact that it had been noticed that I was a repeat customer Im glad they noticed enough to offer something in return. Letting me to now know that this company really does care about their customers experience. 5\5 star review. I would, will and do reccomend this company to anyone anytime someone wants to know where I think they should get their next electric sooter or ebike from. Thank you Hiboy!

Their product is well made and also provide good customer support! I never have to worry when I buy from hiboy due to their high quality product, also knowing that I am in a good hand w their customer support when something goes wrong!

United States | 12 December 2024Fantastic customer service, able to help get me replacement parts for free and covered the costs of shipping. Scooter runs really well, no problems getting around a busy city. Tires work as well as other brands without the issues of an air tube tire.

I also ordered an extra battery and there was some slight confusion about what version (old or new), I was able to straighten it out with customer service and receive correct type. have gone through this review platform and read many reviews of frustrated customers. I believe that Hiboy actually has good products but there may be a real problem with quality control and communication with customer service. Also the “no return” policy on spare parts might need to be revamped because it is not fair to make people pay for an incorrect part ordered. If these issues were properly addressed by the company I believe there would be much higher reviews. All in all - so far I am satisfied with my purchases 👍

These scooters take the daily punishment of going to my job and going shopping all through the Orlando Florida roads streets and sidewalks. Great battery life great breaking and plenty of speed and power. And they are reasonably priced. I'm glad I bought my 3rd.

We finally narrowed the issue down to a faulty charger and they sent me a new one right away. Honestly, I never write reviews but this company really impressed me.
