Hey my name is danut ciopreaga, your company credit genius get my money from my account twice in 2 months 19.95, can I have the refund, and cancel my subscription

after being charged the £19.95, I spoke to them and had the refund actioned. I appreciate their understanding. Maybe it needs to be clearer that you are not supplying a loan but a credit file check company. But thank you

This is a fraudulent company guys. They took £19 from my account. In talks with my bank at the moment.

I have just found out that u have taken 19.95 out my bank with out my pormission. I will be taken this further. It's hard to survive as it is and u do this to people.

I never agreed to pay 19.99 to a membership. I was directed there to check my credit score only. WHAT A SCAM! STAY AWAY! I repeat STAY AWAY from these scammers!!! Edit: After I marked the transaction a fraud, I was refunded. However, my card got blocked, and I have to wait until it is reissued. These scammers rely on people who don’t check their cards or who don’t want to risk not having their physical card for a while. You might think it is not much, but think about a thousand people scammed like this a month. Free £20,000 in their account monthly.

This company really improved my credit score. They helped me understand my finances better so that I can easily apply for a loan.

Applied for short term loan due to a stolen laptop, they accepted me if I joined their site at £14.99. It says you can cancel at any point, but when I went to log in and find my loan application, it’s just a spinning shell, so the only thing I gained was joining something I didn’t want in the first place. Thanks CreditGenius for more stress than I need right now!
