I have been emailing back and forth with them, basically getting fobbed off. They have advised they have refunded me, however to the bank and now the bank has to pay me!! Total and utter crap!! Spoke to bank who also confirmed that, I will be speaking to ylthe financial ombudsman as well, hopefully they can help.

United Kingdom | 06 December 2024Never heard of this company until three weeks ago when two payments, in the same day of £24.95 were taken from my account, searched the company, put in my email, didn't recognise....clicked to reset password, couldn't reset as I don't have an account with them, contacted my bank and had the money refunded to me, and a block was placed to stop them taking anymore...Sunday just gone(1.12.2024) another two payments of the above amount taken from my account, as the payments are pending I can't claim it back yet...have emailed the company, with no reply...searched my emails and SMS to see if I had any previous correspondence with credit genius, nothing,so how they got my bank details, I don't know, looking on their site there is a monthly subscription for £19/pm, so don't even know where the 24.95 is coming from, especially as there are two payments being taken in the same day...I will be reporting this company to the fraud team of my bank, the ombudsman and any other services related to fraud etc...stay away and report straight away if any unauthorized payments are taken...waiting for them to reply to this review now and spew out their bs lies as I have noticed they've done the same to certain reviews on here.... SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS!!

At the time, after doing so it made no sense as to what they were offering, so immediately unsubscribed. Alas they have, a month later taken out a fee that I had not knowingly authorised, believe me the fee they have taken I certainly would not have agreed to nor can afford! A very misleading service attached to other company’s services.

They’ve been charging me for a service I have not received and trying to reach them has been a complete nightmare. There is no way to speak to a real person, no customer support to address issues, and no option to cancel this sham of an “agreement.” They’ve created a trap designed to milk money from customers while staying completely out of reach. I’ve wasted hours trying to get a response, but they blatantly ignore every attempt to contact them. It’s beyond clear that Credit Genius has no interest in providing real service—just in taking money from unsuspecting customers with zero accountability. Stay far, far away from Credit Genius. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and nothing short of predatory. If I could give zero stars, I would.
