Disgusting company. I have £25 until pay day and notice £19.95 taken from my account today 😡 I didn’t even ask for anything or link anything. I have frozen my bank currently.avoid at all costs.

My bank fraud team blocked my account because of these scammers.

Scamming fu***rs, contacted them a month ago trying to find out why and how they charged me, still no reply. Had to cancel my bank card to stop future payment because I have no access to an account, to cancel an account I never opened. Shouldn't be allowed to do this.

Please be advised, this so-called company is the biggest scam artist in the UK. How they are still up and running, God knows. Hopefully, the government will look into this. They are rip offs

Absolutely a bunch of scamming lil rats. It's amazing how you cannot find a number anywhere to talk to coustomer service. Everything to do with them, you have got to email them, which then tells you it will take them two working days to get back in touch with you. I have already closed my account with them, but yet they STILL continue to take £19.99 from my bank account. AVOID THESE ROBBING SCAMMING 💩 AT ALL COSTS.

Scam. I Never used them to apply for credit. All of a random sudden, I got charge by this random company. I need to change my bank details. Absolutely scam!

Scammers, I cancelled my subscription before the end of the free trial and they have continued to take £19.95 out of my account. Twice now

A few weeks ago i applied for a loan and before even getting a response i see 19.95 pounds deducted from my account.When i write a complaint no response. Why are they stealing from people?

If I could give them 0 stars I would! How convenient that they don’t have a customer service number, to actually speak to a person. Emailed them over a week ago to give me back the pennies they have taken fraudulently. got an email saying that they are backlogged but nothing else since. Second time around emailing them, this time they didn’t even bother sending the automated response. Absolute joke! Next thing will be reporting these scammers! Give people their money back! 18/07/2024 update Had no reply from them so spoke to my bank and they cancelled all further payments to them, gave me back the pennies and put a complaint in for me. Today I finally had a reply from Credit Genius saying that they will pay me back. Absolute shambles! Beware and go through your bank as they will sort things out for you.

Signed up to them and realised within 5 mins they weren’t what I thought. Cancelled straight away WITHIN MINUTES and they STILL TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Absolute scammers… tried taking £19.95 out my bank account! Luckily Santander contacted me and I have now blocked my card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
