Why cant you give 0? I haven't a clue who this company is or at what point I have signed up for any subscription. I was looking at credit cards and short term loans and assume it comes from filling in my details on a credit card application. Tried to take 24.95 today, but luckily not enough money in acc and was declined. Phoned bank and have cancelled the subscription. Scammers. Be careful where you're giving your bank details when applying for cards or loans

It would have been no stars but unfortunately you can't choose none. Exactly the same experience as everyone else. Never heard of this company, never agreed or signed authority for payment to be made to them. No answer on the phone. Fraudulent. And they prey on the vulnerable, people clearly in need, that's why we're applying for payday loans, and then when we're down we're kicked by this fake company who take the last of our money! No authority whatsoever given for this fake company to take my money, the little I had left. FA, ombudsman, police and bank have been contacted. This company needs to be shut down, and hopefully will be soon....

Absolute scam of a company. I cancelled my account that i didnt even agree to being set up in the first the place and emailed straight away to get my £24.95 refunded. Called the number numerious times and just get cut off. I emailed again 24 hours later and then again 24 hours after that and i still haven't had a reply nor my money refunded. I'm mortified. I literally don't have a penny to my name now as they took my last £25 and i cant even afford fuel to go to work to earn any money! Ima single parent with 2 kids and they have literally taken my last penny. I'm going to report them to the ombudsmen too as i didn't agree at all for an account nor did i provide any bank details that they have taken my money from

I had £24.65 taken.out of my account last night. I never gave them my bank details ,called the bank straight away to look into fraud called the phone number on their website rings then cuts off I am so angry warning everyone do not online for any loans

Signed up all details correct. Go to login and page just stays blank. Tried many times using both WiFi and mobile data. Try to call them every time it rings a couple times then engaged tone. If they take any money from me I'll inform them it's a scam. Avoid this company.

Emailed them in regards to money they’ve false taken from my account I never actually agreed to anything and cancelled my apparent ‘subscription’ but yet moneys still been taken from my account. I have emailed and attempted to call but no answer! Be careful they’re scammers! I am legally taking this further if I do not get a response and my money back asap.

AVOID I cancelled my subscription, Which I didn’t realise I’d signed up for and they took 19.99. My fault fair enough. They’ve then taken ANOTHER 19.99 today even though I proof I cancelled which has left me with NO Money!!

Avoid!!!!! I was charged 19.95 pounds without my permission or signing up for anything after I was redirected from a loan company to them, I emailed them few times and they did not respond to me, my bank does not allow me to dispute a refund because I allowed access for the credit check, this is absolutely unacceptable!!

Avoid. I tried to get a short term loan on a different site and I was apparently accepted by credit genius. I went through their sign-up process and gave them my bank details to verify my identity. Not to make a payment and not to subscribe to any service. Today they took £19 out my account without my permission. You can't speak to anyone as their phoneline cuts off and they don't reply to your emails. Complete scam, do not use them. Edit: Credit Genius reply is false, it is not true, they are a scam! It doesn't mention anywhere that we are signing up for a membership. But after complaining they have refunded my money. Although I still believe they should be shut down and punished by law!
