Scams keep charging me I’ve emailed and cancelled sub so many times does nothing

Advice for anyone hit with charges by this company Scam Genius.. 1. Call your bank and get a block for any further transactions from them. 2. Also these types of "services" can possibly pass on your card details to other sketchy companies so get your fraud department to manualy scan for any upcoming payments that are due to come out and block them. 3. Get your bank to also remove your card details online from all websites. 4. Speak to the dispute team department at your bank and get money back. 5. Obviously cancel your card and get a new one to replace it with new details 6. Don't apply for loans online again.

I have never signed up to this company yet they have taken £19.95. Out of my bank account. I have reported them to fraud at my bank abd have also emailed the company AS I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP TO THIS COMPANY

Avoid these scammers like your life depended on it. Continually attempting to withdraw £19:95 from my account, this has been ongoing for 8 months. Not even sure how they managed to obtain my bank details, and even after emailing and reporting them they still attempted to withdraw the same amount every month. Scammers and fraudsters AVOID

Do not use this company. They try to take money from your account after trying to cancel multiple times

**AVOID AVOID AVOID** First of all I never signed up with these scammers, they got my details from a third party website. Then three months later they charged my bank card £19.99. I’ve been trying to contact them by phone but like many others reported they never answer. Sent them an email again no reply. I have blocked my card and disputed the transaction with my bank, the bank said they’ll try to get me refund. Also will be reporting them to FCA.

I was worried reading reviews as simarly I never realised had signed up for subscription but have to say when getting in touch they couldn't be more helpful leading to successful resolution.

They took a payment out of my account without me agreeing or completing their form. I've now had to block my card and order a new one.

In the application process why do they ask for your debit card details including three digit security code❓️🤬🤬🤬

This company are absolute criminals, they've just debited my account with £19.99, for what, I didn't sign up to anything or subscribed to anything. Stay away. I'm on the phone to my bank as we speak. Criminals criminals. I wish there was no stars.

Avoid. I tried to get a payday loan on a different site and I was apparently accepted by credit genius. I went through their sign-up process and gave them my bank details to verify my identity. Not to make a payment and not to subscribe to any service. Today they took £20 out my account without my permission. You can't speak to anyone as their phoneline cuts off and they don't reply to your emails. Complete scam, do not use them. Edit. My complaint eventually made it through to someone and I did get a refund. Added a star, but still avoid these people.

Absolute frauds.. never signed up with this company and they stole money from my account with details given to a completely different company

Deserves a 0. Months ago they started to take £19.95 from me. Even though I had selected NOT to do any sort of free 7 day trial. The following day of me no longer needing a loan credit genius took £19.95 out of my bank. (So even if i did sign up there’s no free trail is there.) the number on the website doesn’t work and they are continuing to take my money. I’m on a low income as it is and this company is making my life a living hell. I’ve unsubscribed every single day so far and they continue to take my money. DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY

Just a scam company, try and contact them, thieves. Do not confuse them with creditgenius.com, they seem nice people
