United Kingdom | 17 May 2024This happened to me also. I just received £55 in my account, checked my online banking it was there. Went to town to get money out of the ATM insufficient funds. Credit Genius have taken £19.95. They must know when money goes in! I have emailed support and also used the contact firm for a refund. I’ve also contacted my bank who said that the payment is still pending, meaning the merchant has not yet collected the payment. I am in the process of trying to get this back from the bank or credit genius. Do not stand for this! Haven’t even linked my bank account and don’t need the stupid company for a credit report as it’s not even full/accurate and I have Experian. Scam company!

United Kingdom | 17 May 2024Scam scam scam! I didn’t know I have been subscribed to this service until I saw the payment come out of my account. Be aware this is a reoccurring payment that needs to be ceased by your bank account. I have raised a complaint with the company to try and get my money back

United Kingdom | 13 May 2024This is a total scam! You think you are applying for a loan, however they have zero intention of giving you said loan! What you are actually doing is committing to a membership of £19.99 a month for some fake promise of future loans and better credit!!!!! STAY AWAY

Mr Michael

United Kingdom | 29 April 2024DO NOT EVER TOUCH THIS COMPANY. I was looking for a car loan but got re-directed online to Credit Genius to build my credit score. It offered me a 30 day free trial but wanted my bank card details to verify my identity. I was made to set up an account with Credit Genius but when I went into it, they wanted me to sign a Consumer Credit Agreement for a year at £19.95 per month. I never signed it. Emailed them to cancel my trial but 30 days later, they took £19.95 off me. I have had to go to my bank today to cancel my debit card and issue me with a new one. I don't know how Credit Genius get away with this? It is purely a scam. I just don't know how they get away with it. I will never ever again use my bank card details to verify my identity. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE CREDIT GENIUS.

United Kingdom | 21 April 2024Where do I start with this company. They falsely lead you as if you are going to get a loan, but before you get the loan, you need to pay for a subscription of £19.99 . Anyway, once they have got their grips in to you, they put you into a " CREDIT BUILDER " It is actually quite clever what they do. They prey on people with not a lot of money and give them hope of a loan to keep their home running, shopping, heating etc...But they are clever sods because they have actually just trapped you into a Web of deceitful lies. And, who is the one paying? It's the poor individual with money to just get by with and snatch £20 quid of you each month, for what? Something that other companies do for free, so people out there, shop around first and ALWAYS read the small print. I found the cancellation button within minutes, so I was pretty lucky. As a company I can not express myself as I would liked to, but the universe needs to balance its way round and karma is a dish, served cold!!! So please, please, please don't touch this company. Keep your hard earned money to yourself. I really do hope they reply to this, because they should be ashamed of themselves. RANT OVER!!!
