Just woke up to £19.99 being took out of my account by this company. I don’t think I’ve ever even heard of them before, how do scam companies like this get away with taking peoples money at random. I have never signed up to any subscription as I’ve never even heard of this company

Beware! I have signed but charged me £19.99 then i cancelled it and received from this credit genius that they will not going to charge e again but month later they charged me again so i reported to natwest for disputes!

Never signed up for this and been charged £19.99 SCAM big thanks to Natwest for notifying me and instantly blocking the transaction

This random company took out £19.95 out of my account. Some how I had a email set up with them so logged in and cancelled awaiting their response to my email which was asking for the money back.

Scam never agreed anything but have noticed money removed from account and no one wants to reply to me or answer phone beware.

It's OK I've reported this company to trading standards and submitted a full statement Absolutely disgrace taking money for nothing

I did not sign up for them to take anything out my account! Within 16th June an 26th June taking £19.95 twice!! £40 to something I’ve no understanding of. I am contacting my bank a getting them blocked.

Never spoken to, dealt with or created an account with them. Never even heard of them. I have been charged £19.95 fraudulently. I’ve reported to Action Fraud. I would advise all others to do the same.

Made an account, have never connected my bank account to it, today they've taken 2 payments of £19.95 which was all the money I had to buy food, SCAM company, I'll get my money back!!

Didn’t even complete the full application but they have the nerve to try and take £19.95. Not clear that it is a credit building company and not a loan company. Reported to the FCA.

This company is fraudulent. They kept on charging me 19.95£ and can’t find any emails or texts from them. Keep on taking my money without my authorisation and won’t respond to emails. Be careful

When applying for a loan it pops a subscription to this service up as accepted rather than the loan - not sure if this is this companies fault or dodgy brokering sites trying to get referal fees but either way it is a poor model.

Applied for a loan a few weeks ago, never gave them my bank information. Suddenly they try to take £19.95 without authorisation! Scamming w*nkers. Reported to Action Fraud - I advise everyone else affected to do the same.

go on the credit genius website click on your profile page and scroll to the botton and press cancel subscription. reset your password if nescesary.
