I want to cancel subscription as just after all found out they gonna charge monthly and to sign in into my account they asks all my cards details, including cvv!

Had a bit of an out of the blue emergency and needed a small amount for less than 24hrs, none offer this mind, all 3 months or longer, of course. Was in a super temp bind so thought sod it. Used this cashlady as I was in a hectic rush. What a load of nonsense and verging on illegal. It didn't offer me money directly but obfuscated the following fact, slipping in this Credit Genius sign up in the guise of giving your details for the loan. Long story short, I realised the second I pressed approve payment of £0.00 to validate my bank. It was an extremely vile credit history subscription I'd entered my details into and not the supposed cashlady verifying my bank for a loan but this Credit Genius. Now yes, silly of me but the subterfuge is nigh illegal, you're one second dealing with one entity and in the middle they do a switcheroo for another unwanted and unneeded (you can do this check for free, yourself) service, that now has your bank details and has disgustingly just signed you up for a credit history subscription. Yes there may be mention of it hiding in the corner in small writing but you've just been dealing with another entity who are supposedly offering you a loan. And at a time when people who are probably already terribly struggling thus the need for a vampiric loan, now they're in the hole for £25 every month. Borderline criminal. They'll disappear when the men in suits come a sniffing then open an exact same company who suck the blood of people while the pig at the top laughs in Marbella. More fool me for being in a bind and being stupid. Reported to my bank anyway.

I want my money back plz. Sent a few emails, left a review and got my money back same day. Thankyou

can not sign in to view account and when you try to reset password it sends you a code with no link so you cant do anything, there is no way to contact anyone to sort it out.

Taking £24.95 out my bank for something I didn’t commit too haven’t even got an account with them as it even says my email doesn’t exist tried ringing no answer absolute scam & myself and other reviewers what there money back scammers!

Looked into a loan and was automatically entered in to a £24.95 monthly subscription without me actually signing up. On their site there is no contact details and their site also just goes round and round not getting you anywhere. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS

Run for the hills! This company is a scam! They take money off you and even if you don’t have an account to stop a subscription! I’m in a dispute and will be taking this further to make people aware. I’ve contacted watchdog and I hope they name and shame this company!

I don’t even know this company but they took money from my account today! You will not get away with this! I am abroad atm and have never done business with this company yet £24.95 was taken from my account! Awful.

You have tried to take money from my bank this morning, on my transaction information it states that you are a subscription. I have attempted to log into an account with you so I could cancel my subscription as this is not a service that I require nor recall requesting. However, my credentials aren't recognised which makes me wonder why there has been attempt to take money for a service that I am not subscribed to. Will you please cancel any details you have for me? This company must be making millions from people like me. They hacked into my account and took 24.95 for something I did not consent to. Be very careful. Contact your bank to stop any further payments. Don't bother telephoning as no one answers the phone. Disgusting Company.

You took money out my bank account again so put it back in this is 3 time so put back in I have contacted bank and I'm going to police if I don't get refund straight away
