I had some questions before ordering and the company quickly and thoroughly answered my questions. I expected delivery in 8 weeks (some items were not in stock) but got it all in 6 weeks. Of the 18 boxes, the contents of one were damaged. I reached out and Deane promptly responded and thoroughly explained what info they needed. Once I sent the necessary pictures a replacement was sent which I did not know. I thought it would take a couple of weeks, so in a couple days I emailed Deane to find out when it might arrive. I was shocked to find out it had already been delivered to our warehouse. Fantastic customer service.

Great customer service. They were very friendly and walked me through the process of a return that I had to make. The product came and it was a quality product and we received it when they told us we would receive it. It did not match other fixtures and so sadly we had to send it back. Deane was kind and made the process enjoyable.

Ordered some products online. They sent confirmation of the order. The next day, they sent an email telling me that is hadn't passed their " verification" process. When I called, they told me they couldn't tell me why it hadn't passed and said I had to use Paypal. I suspect this company is just a distributor/broker , nothing else. I highly doubt they stock anything and just process orders. I'd very cautious ordering anything from this company that you really need because you may never get it. I noticed a lot of the reviews mention how well they fix their errors, but in my case they came off as grifters running some kind of Nigerian mail scam.

I sent a request for a return authorization. They never replied and closed the ticket after five days. Unopened purchase made within 30 days. Nice. $42 down the drain.
