I ordered a sink in late March and was told the delivery would be in 12-16 weeks (supply issues with the manufacturer). Then, in early April, I see a charge on my credit card, for the sink. I called Plumbers Stock to ask why I was being charged when the sink would not be delivered for at least three months and was told that was their policy. So, I lucked out and found another vendor who had the sink in stock and cancelled my order with Plumbers Stock. That was on April 5th. They did not process my refund until May 20th. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is the customer service rep I spoke to the last time (I believe his name is Ercel) was very knowledgeable and processed my refund while we were on the phone. Why did it take a month and a half?

We placed an order with Plumbers Stock in April 2022. Our Items were received promptly. Today I needed a copy of the Invoice for the order in April 2022. I spoke with Frank in Customer Service. He was very helpful, professional and courteous. I received the copy I requested quickly. Great Customer Service!
