Ordered product and it was delivered as promised and with no damage from shipping. Only wrinkle was no confirmation email when product shipped..

I had to cancel an order because I no longer needed the part. Plumbers Stock answered my request within 10 minutes -- on a Saturday, no less! -- confirmed that I really wanted to cancel, and then promptly canceled it. Very professional and responsive.
