Called and spoke to Carrie on the customer support team who was super helpful in answering questions which the website didn't cover. The price was also much cheaper than some of the rivals for the same level of cover. It's a shame they don't offer a package with more speaker base units to cover upstairs and downstairs. Waiting for the product to be delivered but so far a seamless service - A+++++

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025I pressed the emergency button and it would not connect so I rang the careline. These two numbers kept saying they were about to answer. After twenty minutes at last an answer to tell me how to switch the emergency one off. It was all very stressful and if I had been in a serious condition it would have been very frightening. I was actually demonstrating to a friend. Needless to say I have returned the device and she won’t be purchasing one.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Phone consult was great. Pleasant andfully informative. the items came quickly and well protected and a friend helped me with the installation. Careline365 were on the phone to help with that and testing all needed. I have accidentally set it off a few times but they are there very quickly to deal with things. I have now learned that I can no longer shout at politicians on Question Time as careline365 think that I am in trouble. But that is a small price to pay for the knowledge that you have a safety net around you whilst alone in the house. Also the price I pay Careline 365 is less that my local authority (who could not supply me anyway as they were 'too busy') were asking. The system works by having the phone numbers of relatives, friends or neighbours, with their permission of course, who can come see you if needed. The people who talk to you when you press your bracelet button or shout (careful) are always kind and reassuring and do not get cross if you do it accidentally. I am used to it now and don't do that anymore. I thoroughly recommend Careline 365
