Finally got good pressure in my old apartment. The installation took me like 5 mins to do, which was nice & simple. Water comes out super strong now, just like I wanted.

Been dealing with hard water spots on my skin forever & this fixed it in days. The mineral filtration really does clean the water, which my kids noticed right away.

Like everything else online I thought this was a hoax, but I thought I’d try it anyway. What the heck? Easy set up after the first shower I could tell the difference. Live in Colorado and the water is hard but once I attached this showerhead, it made a big difference. I’m not being paid for this, buy one!

I ordered from shower envy on December 9th. Have never received my order. I have emailed the company 3 times and have received no response. Have tried calling numerous times with no answer.

Buyer Beware! People think twice before you do business with this company. ShowerEnvy Technologies Inc is the worst company and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was overcharged the $37.78 recurring charge and never received the extra shower filter I paid $30.00 for but tried 8 times in 5 days to get through to their customer service line. They tell you to leave a message and they will call you back but they never call 📞 YOU BACK. I had to cancel my credit card so I don't get charged a monthly fee of $37.78 for some BS membership I never agreed to or authorized. Worst company ever! IT'S A SCAM! No wonder the BBB (Better Business Bureau) rated this company an F because of over 100 negative reviews like mine with unauthorized $37.78 monthly charge and no answer from the company by phone or email to get this monthly charge refunded and stopped. This company should be shut down immediately. It is a FRAUD.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are FRAUDSTERS! I ordered ONE hand-held shower wand and ONE extra pack of pellets. I carefully refused ALL of the many pop-up offers and gave them my credit card info. BIG MISTAKE! I was billed for TWO wands and TWO extended warranties and have been billed $37.78 every month for a VIP membership which I also did NOT order. They say they didn't receive my e:Mail requesting information on how to return the items and since it is now beyond 60 days, they are refusing a refund. The grand total they scammed me out of is $321!!! SCAMMERS!!! Stay away!

Horrible company! They keep charging "recurring" charge for God only knows what. I ordered ONE shower head and received it. Business complete EXCEPT they keep attempting to charge my card on a recurring basis. I very carefully said "NO" to the many pop-ups that appear when you make the original purchase so I know for a fact NOTHING MORE WAS DUE THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased the Showerenvy 3.0 5-Modes Pressurized Shower, came with the filter. On Dec 10,2024 I only received filters. I wrote, I sent pictures of the package as it was opened … I wrote where is the showerhead? Now Jan. 9. 2025. I have many many email responses from them. Like.. we are processing your order, speaking to our team, Consulting our staff, on and on. Many like this Alissa K. They are scammers. They charge you almost $40 for no reason. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers, I’ve emailed them and left messages on the app and I have not gotten a response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Shower head is fine. The recurring charge for VIP bs isn't. I've been trying to contact these people for 3 months to cancel this bs charge. Almost $40 per month. I've tried to call. No answer. I've emailed several times and no response or cancellation. Poor customer service and committing fraud.

I got the 2.0. So easy to set up! I love the water stream options and the off switch. I feel like I get a great rinsing. I don’t notice a difference with my hair yet.

What went wrong was that I declined having them send me refills for my shower head monthly and with automatic payments being handled by PayPal. Unknown to me, PayPal withdrew $37.78 a month from January thru July totaling $264.46. I received no product or any type of compensation for those funds. I discovered this in May when my wife finally asked me why this was happening since she pays the bills and I do not see any of the papers. I called ShowerEnvy and they supposedly had no knowledge of this money being paid out supposedly to them. In fact they had closed my account shortly after my purchase. It took calls from May to July to my bank to finally get this stopped. I called ShowerEnvy again in November and was told to send my documentation to their support staff which I did on November 14th and have heard absolutely nothing from them as of today, January 5 2025.My bank did recover 2 or 3 payments after I filed a dispute.

The wife has been looking for hotel quality shower for years. This beats it hands down. We don't have whole house water filter or 3/4" pipe to the shower. ShowerEnvy makes up for this by far.

After only a month of use the shower head broke at the end of the shower head it has never been dropped,just cracked half way around the head. I was also charged an additional $39.75 for nothing on my bank account this month. What a scam.

In the few times I've used my product I can already feel a healthier difference in the condition of my hair and it's been easier to hold a style. So far, so very good.

The shower is just fine, I don’t see much difference. Anyway, this company charged us money for things we never bought for about 5 or so months, so BEWAREEEE!!!

BEWARE!!! The shower heads work nicely. I bought 2 shower heads and hoses and some other small items that came to ~$175. I noticed on my bank statements that they were charging me $37.78 per month. That charge was not on my original order, nor did I select such a thing. I have no email from them stating that I ordered this thing or any confirmation of the amount that I would be charged. On top of all that, they did not give me anything at all in exchange for the monthly money they are taking from my account. It is very sad that human beings would be that cruel to other human beings. You will see on this webpage that they have done this to many people.

The installation was as easy as it can get! The shower experience was even better. It’s been installed just over a week and I am noticing a difference in my skin and hair. Love it.
