I ordered my 3rd shower head from them. It definitely has awesome water pressure pressure. The customer service was very good. I had a problem with my last one and they handled it, asap. That makes me love them more.

I bought shower envy and I didn't realize how much it really helped my daughter came to see me took a shower when she was done she said omg I Love that shower 🚿 my skin feels so soft I feel like I don't even need lotion so I ordered her one ,but I ordered some stones from temu big mistake my skin kept getting dryer and dryer so I made sure I went straight to shower envy website and got more stones got them sooner then I was supposed to took a shower and I was so surprised on how good my skin and scalp and hair felt so make sure you order from shower envy the only thing is when I ordered the shower 🚿 kit I could smell a very mild orange smell but when I ordered just the stones I don't smell it yet I hope after a little while the smell comes out I liked it but it still makes my skin soft

They where very helpful when I bought the shower head and then realized I needed the hose to be added on, they gave it to me for free!

It is alright, I now am trying it out for the first time. I do think, everything should come together and not sold separately but it much better than any shower head I had before and it also filter the water while taking a shower. This it the part that is cool.

100% scam. Read the negative reviews before purchasing. Generic reply to all negative responses. "Can't find your order, you likely purchased from a different company" hahah 27% or your orders you have no record of?!?! Seems odd... not very reassuring.... can only hope people check the reviews prior to our chasing... I had an initially left a poor review due to a item taking too long (2+ months) for delivery, very poor quality/cheap plastic. Broke when I was assembling. Then found out I had been charged a monthly subscription x 3 months which was not clear to me when signing up (along with 27% of other review leavers...) so I called to cancel, which worked but there was no reimbursement for the 3 months I was charged for... not even sure what I was getting for those charges. Roughly $35 x 3... I never recieved anything in the mail... wouldn't matter anyway because the showed head was broken... anyway. Then I leave a negative review which (6 months later) was responded to as if I made a mistake and left a review with the wrong company hahahaha well that only prompted me to leave ANOTHER POOR REVIEW... so now this can add to the 27% negative reviews. Guess I'll be hearing from you in 6 months :)

I am so happy that I ordered the Shower envy for my family. I have been so much happier in the morning and I sleep awhile lot better in the evening after my showers.My daughter has eczema really bad and now it is getting much better..Thank you all very much..I will be a lifetime subscriber..

The shower settings are perfect, plus the option to stop the flow altogether. Love It.

Do not trust this company! I have gotten double charges and is hard to contact them regarding this issue. I contacted the better business bureau and there are multiple complaints. Go to you local hardware store, I have learned my lesson

First of all, I’m really enjoying the product. The water feels really lovely and my skin doesn’t feel as dry as before I love the water pressure and everything about the shower. I’m interested to know how long the filter last and how often it needs to be changed. While waiting for it to arrive, Customer Service Was very good with updating and keeping in touch with email. That was impressive. The people who own and run this company seem to be lovely. I purchased a second one for my mother who is 102 years old. I’ve yet to install it, but I know she will enjoy it.

I love the shower head the water pressure is fabulous I enjoy taking the shower when I’m in the shower I don’t want to come out love the smell of the water very refreshing relaxing and invigorating my only comment is instead of the shower head going downward but also upward away from you where you can experience the most maximum pressure of the water

I have to admit I was very skeptical, and desperation with my living situation had led me to buy it. But the moment I felt the water flowing through ShowerEnvy's simple 2.0 filter, I felt my skin relaxing. Two weeks later I'm still smiling, finally feeling safe in my showers.

Definitely not a website to purchase from. While I am not sure how I feel about the product itself, the company and hidden charges are preposterous. If you want to try the product, I suggest ordering from Amazon. First, my order arrived missing pieces and had to email back and forth for 2 days to receive the actual shower head I ordered. Now a month later the $38 charge hits my account and upon calling find out it was something in the very fine print when selecting free shipping. It is not at all clear what you are signing up for or the cost.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the shower doors stayed. No more calcium build ups that require scraping with a razor blade to remove.

The clean water , the full force for rising my mouth and being able to shut off the water to save water.

I love the soft, gentle water coming out of the shower head. I love that I feel clean and refreshed. The only part I don't like are all the extra parts I have. I only used the shower head and one hose unit. Didn't need all the rest. Would love to sent them back to you.

They are a scam company that charges you a $37 fee monthly for a membership if you accept their free shipping. Apparently all this is written in the contract when you purchase. I never saw that. I cancelled but they would not give me my money back. I lost $226.80. Plus their showers are cheap.

I ordered the shower head and refills. A month later I noticed a $37.78 charge on our bank account. I called the 800 number and their customer service said I checked a box for a "subscription," which I never checked a box for that. People watch your bank account for that charge. I told the gal that I want it taken off my bank account and it has been taken off and I received an email that my order has been cancelled.
