Very disappointed with the cheap quality..plastic that doesn’t hold up. The accessory that holds the hose broke (cheap plastic) no replacement offered.. The shower after minimal use sprays water all over..leaking😱

I wanted to hate this. I had a terrible shopping experience. The website surreptitiously added things into my cart, without giving me a total so when I checked out, I was charged more than I wanted to be. They signed me up for the VIP reoccurring charge and they added expedited shipping (which took weeks and was not expedited at all) and so I wrote them several emails and finally after several attempts (being ignored once) I had all the extra charges repaid to me. So when it arrived I was not excited. I couldn't imagine wanting to use it or having to buy more filters on down the line from a company with these kinds of sketchy business practices. BUT... The product IS AMAZING. I could feel it from first use and weeks in, my hair has completely changed (I got new shampoo/conditioner too) my skin is softer, not itchy and I am so so so happy to not be showing in chlorine and fluoride or the hard water we have here where I live. I feel conflicted because the product is superior but I was so turned off by their sales experience. All in all, they did refund the money so I decided to let it go and enjoy my shower head. Pressure is awesome, and I can't argue with results. Would give 5 stars except for the sales experience. I hope they fix their website check out/cart because it's totally scammy and they have a good thing. What companies should understand is that with so many scams online, people want to try a new product out before committing to a subscription or VIP club where they are charged regularly. Let people try things without being pushed into that upsale. It will be better for them in the long run if their product is legit.

Oh my God this Envy shower head is the best thing invented to help people have a great experience when showering. I absolutely love it and I’m gonna recommend it to my friends and family as well. Thank you for making such a great product. I’m getting so much relief from my neck and back pain with the pressure that is wonderful. I’ve had the same shower head for I don’t know how many years and I had no pressure coming out of it. Also, it didn’t make me feel so clean like this does. My hair feels and looks better as well. Love it

Needed a new shower head

I could tell the difference the first time I used it. My skin doesn't feel like it's dry and itchy from the water and all the chemicals in it. I highly recommend it. I told my son and his wife about it. Thanks Shower Envy.

I recently purchased a filtered showerhead from ShowerEnvy and I have to say, the product itself is good. The water seems cleaner and softer and I can feel the difference in my skin and hair. If the review were based solely on the product, I would give it five stars. However, my experience took a turn when I discovered that I had unknowingly signed up for a monthly "VIP customer" subscription by just making the purchase. While I understand that companies often try to upsell or encourage subscriptions for ongoing benefits, the way this was done felt misleading. There was little to no mention of the subscription during the checkout process, and I only noticed it after my credit card was charged for the first month. I understand that the company wants to promote and sell their products, but It felt like I was misled into committing to something I didn't want to purchase. After reaching out to customer service, I was able to cancel the subscription, but without a refund, it just left a sour taste in my mouth. It makes you wonder how many other people subscribed at $35 and didn't get a refund....Transparency is huge and I believe ShowerEnvy could benefit from a more honest approach. So, while I love the filtered showerhead and would recommend it, I would advise buyers to pay close attention during checkout. read all terms and conditions to avoid any shady charges. If they were more upfront about the subscription I would change my rating.

The water pressure is amazing!! I felt so clean and when finished, I felt the water pressure even after I was finished my shower …. similar sensation compared to a massage!!!

I posted a review three days ago and now I would like to post an update to my review. I contacted Shower Envy aka Ecospa regarding the 2 charges on my credit card for an incomplete order. The representative was very polite and helpful. They canceled the orders and refunded the money to my account. I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews and did not give them an opportunity to resolve the issue before I posted my review. Everything I posted was truthful but upon calling the company back in a calm manner (I was scared and upset) the company did the right thing and handled my concerns.

Really enjoying my new shower head. The pressure and settings are great. I can already see the difference after just over a week. I have some patches of eczema on my face, and they are actually improving. My hair feels thicker and softer. I am really happy I tried ShowerEnvy.

I made the mistake of going to the Shower Envy website and considering a purchase before reading the reviews as i normally would do. I did not complete the purchase because I wasn’t sure if I needed the hoses that they offered with the shower heads. I didn’t complete the purchase but backed out. I closed out my computer and went to bed. The next day upon checking my credit card, I noticed a pending charge for the shower heads from this company on my credit card. I called customer service but they refused to cancel the order or refund me for an item I did not authorize. They offered me a 40% discount on the hoses. I called my credit card company and they said they couldn’t do anything while it was in a pending status and it also depended on this company’s return policy. The representative from my credit card company looked for Shower Envies (ecowater spa) return policy but couldn’t find it. Consumers, please beware of this company, they are underhanded and dishonest. Please don’t enter your credit card information on this site, because they will steal your information and complete the transaction for you rather that’s your intention or not. Now after reading the reviews I have to be aware of their attempt to charge me a monthly fee for VIP membership. Be sure to read the reviews and small print first. If their product is so good they wouldn’t have to resort to underhanded means to make a sale. I will keep attempting to return this product because I don’t want anything from a company I can’t trust.

Incredible customer service first which for me is always very important whether a product is good or bad. Thus product is fabulous! I'm obsessed! I have a disability so lifting heavy/bulky things is not easy. I love how lightweight and small yet so extremely powerful the showerhead is. I don't think I ever felt so clean after a shower before! I already recommended to 5ppl after only one use!! The water also felt cleaner I live in a building and I know the pipes are rusty. The water just felt different! Definitely buy! You have nothing to lose with there 90day money back guarantee!

A horrible company to deal with! I told them I wanted to return the shower head as my plumber had told me it would be full of sediment within a few uses since my water is hard and full of iron oxide. Basically, a waste of money. After emailing back and forth for a month, Customer Service at Shower Envy would not give me a refund, or allow me to return the shower head. They only offered a discount on what I had already paid, and then told me that I could give the showerhead to a friend. Now they are charging me $37.76 a month, when I only ordered one showerhead. Cannot reach customer service. If you choose to deal with this company, proceed with caution.

We have extremely hard water here in Florida. Once I changed to ShowerEnvy, my skin looks and feels healthier AND my hair doesn't feel like straw after washing!! Shinier, healthier and soft! Love it!

The shower head works fine, it's how they are selling these shower heads. We just found out they have been billing us monthly $37.78 (since June 2024) for the VIP program. I did not know, much less agree to this contract. We called customer service and it appears if you buy their products for the discounted rates of up to 50% off - you are AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in their VIP program. Not happy as they are only going to refund the last charge. SCAMMERS
