The water feels so good, it feels soft, I like all 3 settings. I liked it so much I bought one for my partners apartment. We take more showers now, we live in the California Desert and the water is not good for drinking or showering/bathing. With the new showerenvy shower heads, we use less soap, it doesn't take! Much soap to get lots of suds, because of the soft water. Our shower heads are great!!!!!

EDIT FRAUDULENT COMPANY On 12th Oct ‘24 this company (under a trading name of ecospashop) have charged me $56.31. I did not order another product from them. I have emailed ecospashop twice they have not responded! Why is this USA company allowed to trade!! We would have it shut down with prosecutions in Australia, by now!😡 FRAUDULENT COMPANY I have just ordered one shower head & have been charged for multiple items, I did not think I had purchased! I kept ignoring the extra items & moved through site, but when I paid they had charged me for many more items! This is trickery & a scam!! Very upset.. I am waiting for a full refund and won’t be using this company again. They now have my credit card details, which is very disconcerting.. A FRAUDUL

So, shipping was definitely interesting... initially I ordered two showerheads, but it came with no way to hook them up to my shower head. Then I ordered a kitchen sink faucet head, and it came with no instructions on how to install. Customer service came through both times, so as promised you get 5 stars for your customer service.
