Received my shower head and it leaks. Looked at my bank account and just today they charged my account for $37.78, I had already paid the full amount. Got online and started reading reviews and they are doing this to many, many customers. And you most likely will not receive a refund. I am so upset. It’s cheaply made and I wish I’d never bought it!

When I installed the High Quality Shower Head & Filtration System, I was Shocked with the Water Presser & the Smooth Feeling upon My Skin! Very Nice! I felt as if I truly got Clean by the Power Wash Effect, that Rinsed Off everything, waking up the senses with a tingly sensation head to toe! I believe it is just like a good shower is suppose to be!

Bought their plastic showerhead and saw it was plastic! I immediately contacted this vendor and said I wanted to return for a refund. They gave me a bunch of junk excuses why that wasn't possible. After 30 or so emails to them they agreed to me returning it for their inspection first. I worked with this person (?) Alissa K. (NORTEX - Showerenvy). After about a month I contacted her back and she acted ignorant even though I sent it back USPS CERTIFIED MAIL and RETURN RECEIPT. Needless to say I got nothing back. PayPal was beyond the time period for me to file a complaint!

Easy to install. Strong pressure without failure. Feel much more cleaner then our old shower head left ya. Recommended, Recommended, Recommended!!. We love it.

Accidently ordered a duplicate; I've asked for a refund/ send back extra but have not heard back from them. Poor customer service. Jan. 14, 2025 Update: Still no response. Tried Shower Envy website, called; tried Ecospa website, NO RESPONSE.

I was given this as a gift over 5 years ago! I had put it in a drawer and forgotten all about it. While packing up to move I found it and put it in my new bathroom. My skin has undergone a tremendous improvement.

This is an amazing company. I was very ill and unfortunately made an order that needed to be cancelled. Customer Service went over and beyond to help me get the mess all cleared up I am more than happy. I am grateful for their ❤️. I trust they will do what is honest, true and more than fair. I have never, in my wildest dreams, had such an awesome shower! I’ll never look back to my old shower head. Love the off/on button that keeps the water warm while I lather up. I had to purchase another swivel part as it was not working on my shower pipe. My husband put the device on last night and this morning I used my shower envy and I love it. The last shower head I had the water was so hard.
