The best customer service!! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and I am! This showerhead is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I didn’t want to get out of the shower. Love it so much I am ordering a second one for my other bathroom. Highly recommend there product and their company.

I purchased two shower heads and am very happy with them. The water pressure is fantastic and I like the variety of settings. The water feels softer as well ( we have very hard water)!H

I’ve noticed my skin and hair are softer/smoother after bathing and shampooing. I think the filter is really doing its job. The pressure and adjustability of the shower head are great.

Worked fine when I initially bought it but after a few months it started leaking from the neck. Reached out to customer service. They requested a picture. I showed it shooting water out of several places. I was told to soak in vinegar. Finally told me in order to receive a replacement I would have to pay for shipping...which is as much as Shower head. Was not impressed and noted to duct tape area was leaking from and then more cracks and leaking. Great concept but allll plastic and very poorly made. They also signed me up for the "VIP" service without any advisement. This was after I bought replacement stones. I fought for a reimbursement and did receive 1/2 of "VIP" fee. NEVER AGAIN

The water is great coming out of this shower head! However, we had to replace it after less than a year because the plastic part holding the filter balls cracked and water sprayed everywhere.

I had a professional plumber install. It is cheaply made and leaks all over the place. I looked for return information none to be found. They also hooked me up on subscription service that I was unaware would charge me every month without my knowledge. When I called to complain. And cancel on the second billing day they refused to refund any of my money.

Easy install. My water is soft now . I don't feel like I have a layer of calcium on my skin after I get out of a shower any longer.Stellar customer service.

The shower heads are great when they do not clog up. On second attempt to contact customer service, I received an email back stating that I have high limestone in my area. I soaked the shower head in vinegar and water and it did clear up the problem for about a week. This apparently will be a normal ritual now. Glad I bought two. The pisser part, I received an email today stating my PayPal payment went through for a VIP service I NEVER signed up for. I have sent an email trying to get this resolved. It's considered theft when you take people's money without permission, plain and simple. I will give ample time for a resolution before contacting the BBB as well as the FBI. Update...just a few hours after email was sent, I received an email stating that the order had been canceled. So, I bumped my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.

I want to share my experience with the Shower Envy product. I purchased the ion showerhead, but on the third use, the host snapped, striking my right arm and causing it to bleed. I reached out to customer service via email, with no response. I called customer service, which is based in the Philippines, and instead of refunding, they offered to price haggle for a discount on the product. Ultimately, they don’t want you to return it, and how they do that is you, the consumer, have to pay to ship it back, and once it is received, it is subject to a restocking fee. I filed a claim with PayPal, and pending results. In addition I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Moreover, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau. If you’re thinking of buying this product, don’t do it. It’s cheaply made and outsourced from the Philippines. It’s just a waste of money, time and frustration. Steven Ballinger

When I paid for expedited shipping, I expected it to come within 2-3 days, not the almost 2 weeks I had to wait. AND, I still haven't used the shower head because I thought the connector hose that was offered was an upgrade, not a necessity. Now I'm waiting for it. I consider that poor customer service.

I feel more clean. I like that this is good for me . Healthy! Hair shines.

I absolutely cannot live without my handheld Shower Envy!! I have one in every bathroom and have bought them for gifts for everyone important to me! The design gives us the perfect GREAT water pressure, on /off button and choice of kind of spray that is perfect for children and older adults! I love the long hose attachment better than any other on the market also as it holds the wand and installs EASY!! THANK YOU!!♡♡♡♡♡

I bought a showerhead and paid extra for the hose and handle but didn't receive them. I only got the showerhead. I reached our to support and I was told I'd get one sent to me. Still haven't received it.

Boy oh boy 😡I’ve just installed my “SHOWERENVY” and it’s leaking around the rim. I’ve called all the #s and NO ANSWER! I should have read all these reviews before I purchased 😔 I bought the 3for$$$, thinking “this is it.. an honest Company”. Well I’m not sure, since reading reviews and trying to call with no success. I guess, I’ve just been scammed, and made an unwanted donation. I’ll keep trying to call…and pray they do right by me ((US) That have made this investment and product isn’t working properly, etc. Social media needs to hear about this 😡

It's been amazing on my skin and hair, my eczema is getting better every time I shower woww. The pressure in my shower is 2 time better then before as well. Only downfall is I still didn't get my full order 69626, I only received my shower head. Sure hope I will receive the rest of my order soon.

I am still determining whether the ShowerEnvy earns 4 or 5 stars. I give it a 5 for the shower spray and intensity. I have low water pressure where I live, so increased water pressure from the shower head is great. My hair is styling differently from before I used the ShowerEnvy. I'm not sure if I like the outcome of my hair. I purchased the ShowerEnvy in hopes of improving my hair. I will need to use it longer to determine my final rating.
