I love your shower head and the beads that filter out impurities from my water here in tucson. I have had a problem of itching from any water since I was a teenager. Using this system I no longer experience itching during or after I dry off. My skin feels softer and less dry too. I'm so glad I bought shower envy....I highly recommend this product.

I ordered this product, and I was automatically entered into a VIP subscription. I received the initial order then noticed an additional $37 charge the next month. I contacted the company via email, requested they cancel whatever subscription I was entered into and refund the additional $37 charge. Also, the invoice I received with the product and order confirmation through email does not show any subscription of any kind. I received an email stating that they would refund 50% of that subscription charge (mind you, i never received any additional product for this charge), but have yet to receive the refund. I contacted the company again and they have not replied. Don't get anything from this company. It's a scam!!

Item was delivered in a reasonable time and works and feels great.

Hair much softer now. Less frizzy. Don't like the sale tactics or modal. Just let a person buy one shower head without having to jump through a bunch of high pressure hoops.

Good pressure. My hair feels so much better than a week ago. We have hard well water and this really helps with that. I don't know how long the filter will last, time will tell.

We have the shower heads and they work fantastic. Very happy and satisfied. I ordered one for my mom and she is in love. When she has pain it takes away for her and that makes me very happy that I invested in something that has told the truth and proof behind it. I highly recommend you guys try it. I am usually very skeptical about new products popping up online, but our water is so hard and my skin is taking a beating that I decided to just try this shower head. To put it simply, I’m amazed. I never expected the immediate positive results I’m seeing and feeling. I’m so used to being ripped off that it’s still hard to believe that this company and its products 100% deliver what they promise.

They are scammers. They charge you 37.78$ US every month without your consent. When you order the shower heads with more products at the end they have an already ticked little box stating that you will be charged 37.78$ for a monthly subscription of I do not remember for what and you just CANNOT UNTICK THE BOX so you are stuck taking their monthly subscription. So when I saw that I did not finish the order for the extra products because I did not want their stupid monthly subscription but somehow it went through. I paid with Paypal so I only noticed the charges 5 months later. I called them they said well we were sending you e-mails which I did not receive. They credited me for 1 month only. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Made a one time purchase around Christmas 2023 and this company took liberty to charge me monthly $37.78 without any exchange of goods or services. I didn’t realize this until recently and contested the charges with American Express. Amex initially sided with Shower Envy because they provided fake receipts that say I entered my card number online for each transaction. That is a lie and this company is a fraud. They need to be put out of business and jailed for stealing. This has happened to so many people - see their Better Business Bureau profile for all the similar reviews documenting this exact thing. They also have an F rating.

My first initial order were two shower heads,which I received in good condition and decent timing, myself made a mistake and didn't order hoses and attachments, I reached out and Alissa K quickly responded back to me and were very kind and professional in helping me with the needed items, but sadly that after I received them I installed it and it leaked badly so I tried tighten it and broke it, so I went for tge second one had the same issue but were able to use it and experience one of the best showers I ever had. The only down side for me is that the shower holder is to fragile, so I went and purchase a couple from my local Home Depot which is made of brass. Thks for being there and I will share my experience with family and friends.

I am loving my showerhead. My hair already feels softer. My skin isn’t as dry and the water feels fabulous waiting to see how it affects the water bill. My husband has slight eczema on his leg and we’re going to keep an eye on it see if it helps that other than that I’m very happy with my purchase would like to buy more for my family
