I love the features of my shower head. The filtering beads, the Stop button, the 3 different water flows. I also got the hose which is very helpful to rinse the tub and shower walls post-cleaning. I am still having issues with leaks from the connection to the water.

Great and amazing shower head, when slowing water down, it feels silky and smooth, and at max , it moves air around it, it becomes kind of windy . It worth every penny.

I'm on a fixed income, the ordering experience was so confusing, ordered extra parts I didn't need because stuff kept popping up on the screen, I'm getting charged a monthly fee, I just want to return it. I've been emailing and haven't heard anything back.

Poor quality and false advertisement. Made of cheap plastic. My water tester showed that there is minimal/weak filtration. Definitely not worth the price. I should’ve done more research on this company. When trying to return it, they charge a certain percentage after it’s returned for stocking fees and don’t supply you with a shipping label. You pay out of pocket to ship back with no guarantee on what the return amount will be. Also! Be mindful if you decide to purchase, there’s a box for VIP monthly membership they will sneak in there. Be careful not to click on that by accident. Again, my fault. Just writing this review to warn buyers to not waste your hard earned money on this scam of a company.

I love the way the shower feels on my body. It's buttery soft and refreshing! I feel as if it takes less water to get clean. My skin is super soft and my hair feels less dingy. Highly recommend it!

I love this shower head! I bought four more for my adult children. I have sensitive skin and just hated getting into our shower because the water came out like sharp tooth picks. Since replacing with Shower Envy soft water comes out in abundance.

I really love the product experience. The spray of the water is very soothing when it hits my body. the water just feels really good. It did take some time before I got the thing up and running on my shower. I finally figured out that there was another adjustment screw that was too tight when purchased that I figured out I can undo it to suite my needs.

Never would have guessed a showerhead can make such a change in my skin and hair. They are much healthier, shiny and smooth. Not to mention the amazing water pressure!!

Fake charges of 37.78 monthly! I bought the showerhead in February 2024 and received it. I did not get a subscription and I recently noticed on my last credit card bill that a charge showed up again and went back and checked, and this company has been billing me for the past 4 months for something, which I have never received any other product from them. Now I see this is mentioned a lot on these reviews, and will be calling credit card co and this company to refund the money they have literally stolen each month. Too bad, I thought it sounded like a good product, but if this is how they do business, I would never use or recommend to anyone.

Horrible cheap product made of plastic. Leaks because it’s plastic and not metal. The beads to filter the water are worthless. The water just goes around the pellets and they don’t do anything to the water. They Sent me a broken item. Then Charged me a restocking fee to return the defective product. Customer service horrible. Scammers. Don’t purchase. Junk product. Buyer beware. UPDATE: yes it was your product, I still have the whole email chain from your lousy customer service, refusing to refund and wanting to charge me a restocking fee. You Saying it wasn’t your cheap product is just a cop out. It says Shower Envy on the box, on the receipt, packing slip, email chain, etc. The email chain was with your shower envy customer service email. Just own up to the fact that you’re making cheap plastic junk that breaks. I’ve read plenty of other reviews just like mine about your worthless product. If it was a cheap copy I would recant my statement, but unfortunately it is your product 100%. The good reviews are probably fake.

Order received in timely manner and so very easy to switch out old shower head for this new one. It has a very nice steady water flow but I do notice that anywhere other than the center of the shower, the water feels cooler. This did not bother us at all, it’s just an observation I made.

I ordered this showerhead for the first time, along with 4 bead refills. However, their site charged me for something I did not order. Customer Service responded very quickly & issued an immediate refund for the error. I'm really liking how this showerhead works. The water comes down more like a powerful mist than a regular one that sprays streams of water from pinholes.

This is a piece of junk and a total scam! 1I want all of money refunded and to speak with an actual person in some automated email.

I bought this as a gift for my BFF's daughter. She loves it! She says her hair is so much softer and her skin is clearer. Great product!

Fraudulent charges. They set up a MONTHLY automatic payment of $37.78 without my authorization and without notification. I loved the product for the first year, but when I ordered replacement filter beads, they were smaller than the original and kept plugging up the shower head so it wouldn't work. The helpful customer service staff suggested all kinds of things to try to get it to work and I sent multiple pictures of the problem. I have been using the shower head without any beads. I was going to upgrade to their newer shower head, but after all of this, I won't be doing business with this company again. The check out took forever with all these offers and was meant to confuse customers I think. I ordered shower beads for less than $37 so why exactly did they set up an automatic payment for much more? Sad that they have a good product and can't stay legitimate.

I am pleased to have my shower envy replacement. I love the feel of the water and the pressure of the flow.
