I ordered two of these - after taking my money, I waited two weeks and go no information on shipping or tracking. I had to email to get it sent. The two showerheads arrived in damaged boxes, (I paid extra for protection against damage) - no connectirs, no hoses; nothing. When I emailed again and requsted refund, they kept trying to offer me a 20% then 40% discount if I would just keep them. All I wanted was a refund for totally unused products. Finally they tell me I will have to ship back at my own expense, then be subjected to a 15-20% shipping fee on top of that. Why should I PAY any of that? Plus, AFTER they receive the products back, they will decide if I get any refund at all. I am out $92 already....slick, false, misleading advertising. Shame on this company!!!

I bought a 4 pack of each the shower head the universal filters, the water lines n an extra filter stones. Pressure is good. 1st day of having it. But I got a big complaint I have nothing to hang the handle up on. All the $ I spent n no hook to hold em in place. Not cool

I have used the Ecowater shower head for a while now and I am quite pleased with this product. It is exactly what I have been looking for. The quality is excellent and I will continue to use their shower head from now on.

I ordered a filter and filter beads. The beads came in a dirty bag and was about half of what I thought I was getting. The filter came in a shower nozzle box and wasn’t wrapped. Then, I noticed recently that I’m being charged over $37 a month for the last three months for absolutely no reason. I did not sign up for any type of subscription and I haven’t bought any other products. So, what in the world am I being charged for?!

My skin after a shower is even drier. I didn't see or feel anything different. In my opinion it is a waste of money. I won't return it because I have to pay about 15 dollars as per the return policy. But I won't recommend or buy again

Listen, I really like this showerhead but the fact that I have to clean and soak it in vinegar like every other week so the spray stays in line and not shooting in the wrong direction is such a pain. Plus I worry that the vinegar will break down the plastic at some point. Other than that I love it. The pressure is very nice and my skin isn't as dry. Hope that they can fix the problem.

I love this showerhead. Installation is simple. I notice a significant difference after the second shower after using ShowerEnvy. The skin did not flake or itch. Nothing could be better than this!

I ordered my shower envy a week ago & paid for expedited shipping. As of now my shipping hasn’t updated for 3days & when I reach out to customer support I get automated response I ordered expedited shipping because I have no shower nozzle & trusted they would rush it. As of now I am not happy. I will give update.

Avoid this company! I’m sharing my experience with this company to help innocent customers. I placed an order on Sunday in the process of the order, the company asked me some questions to purchase more there products which is the technique some companies use. I carefully answered NO to all questions. But after I purchased I see my card charged more than I expected also there is NO order details provided. I had no idea what I purchased. Before this happened I was about to purchase by using other email but I decided not to use this email since I was skeptical. It was after I filled out all the information but I NEVER click the purchase button. Then suddenly I received the email says thank you for the order to the email address I decided not to use. Wow scary! Moreover I received the email from Amazon someone tried to login to my account the location says Delaware which suspiciously this company’s location… I contacted customer service via email first and they still tried to sell the product and when I said I would like to cancel, no response. They showed me screenshots what I purchased sure I didn’t purchase it. Or they somehow scam me to purchase it. I called the company Monday morning and customer service rep said they will charge me 10% of cancel fee which is ridiculous. The products even haven’t shipped. And there is NO evidence they mentioned for the cancellation fee on their policies. I understand the company needs money whatever they do but remember Karma will get you. So many unhappy customers complained products, delivery and service what is the point for providing these? You will see. I highly recommend do NOT interact with this company. UPDATE I already reached out by phone and they charged me cancellation fee for 10% it was even not 24 hours passed from ordering and that was NOT mentioned on the website. Customer service was pretty mean and when I asked to cancel by email they just ignored. I’m very upset and not trusting this company. Very tricky better stay away!

Broke after a few showers got another one and that one broke too

I began an order with this company in Feb. Something happened and the order screen went away. I started again. Got to the extra stuff and decided that I didn't really want it. A couple minutes later I recieved a notification from my cc company that 2 orders had been submitted. I called the company immediately. I told them what happened and that I do not want these products. I was informed that there would be a restocking fee. I objected to that since it had just happened. The woman told me she would talk with someone and call me back. That never happened. I recieved numerous emails about the status of my orders. I replied to each one that I do not want this, I will refuse anything shipped and dispute it with my cc company. Needless to say I refused the shipments, took photos to prove it. I disputed both with my cc company. I recieved an email from ShowerEnvy that they would process a refund if I would withdraw the dispute. I withdrew it. They then sent me an email that they had paid fees on the dispute and would not be issuing a refund. I will NEVER do business with this company. I caution anyone else to their tactics and lack of integrity. Ms. S. Vinson

I bough the shower head and tube and loved it until about 2 weeks into using it, the shower head and tube completely broke. I tried contacting through the page and they said they would send a replacement, I never got any confirmation of a replacement and I was charged $37.73 without any type of authorization. Now they won’t respond to ANY of my emails and have charged me AGAIN for $37.73 for no apparent reason other then to steal my money. I would never shop here again.

If you want to better your skin and hair condition, you must have the ShowerEnvy! The refill beads will filter harmful bacteria in the water which is damaging the skin and hair. Invest in this showerhead, you'll never regret having this!

This showerhead has given me the best shower experience I've ever had. The water pressure from this showerhead is quite high when compared to the showerhead it replaced. I am certain that I have noticed a difference in my skin and hair.

These shower heads are truly amazing. I own a bed and breakfast inn and have them in my guest rooms and our guests rave about them! Simple to install. I had one of 4 that was defective, and they replaced it.

The first time I ordered this, the package was lost in transit because of the post office's mistake. And the customer support is very helpful because they created a new package for me and now that I received it, I'm enjoying it! I'm so thankful I trusted them.
