Didn't receive my order. They shipped it to an address not even close to mine. Customer service was useless and kept telling me to pick it up at the post office instead of issuing me a refund. 100% scam

Love this shower head! We have very low water in our RV and you wouldn't know it using the shower head! It also helps our verry small water heater (5 gallons!) last our entire shower. I have 0 complaints. Happy purchase

Received my packages late. The boxes looked reused. I opened one package and it was the most generic showerhead I'd ever seen. So I contact them for return. I had to pay out of pocket for the return, and then they charge you a 15%-20% restocking fee. It's been 3 weeks now and still no refund. Don't waste your time and money. Purchased Dec 22nd 2022. It's now Mar of 2023 and still no refund.

I have been using your shower head for 3 months now. I did order 4. I’m am BEYOND HAPPY! And u will too! My hair is soft and I have copper pipes throughout my house. It was built in 1947. It dried out my hair so I decided to take a chance with all the hype about this amazing water shower head! I’m not a paid customer, I’m not a robot, I’m very impressed and you will be too! I absolutely love this product and the customer service is wonderful. The universal filter with vitamin c and e is amazing, I have seen a great improvement in my skin and hair. I rarely have to use lotion anymore and my hair has never been so healthy and soft. I have purchased twice and I will be a forever customer. There are many companies and products out there that claim to do the same but this company is the right choice. I have not been paid to write this review, these are my genuine thoughts.

I like the fact that there are three spray options and the handheld type also helps while bathing the dogs with a stop button.

NORTEX - Showerenvy ... We ordered the shower head + one cartridge on Feb.22-2022 but never received the package. The tracking system advised us that our order was delivered and signed for on March 25th ... we were home all day and no one called us or texted us that day. So we tried many times to get our order or get a refund and today we were told that since it was now over 6 months there is NO refund ... only a 20% discount if we place a new order today. We paid over $95.00 CAD and never got anything so we will never order from NORTEX again. Please be careful of overseas companies promising delivery in North America. In our experience nearly all of our orders (5 out of 6 in the last 12 months) were never delivered and we lost all of our money. Peter B in Mexico

This was purchased for my mom as a gift. The pressure is intense. The button placement on the handle makes it simple to operate for those with limited mobility. The purchase has left her 100% satisfied making everything much easier.

I ordered 4 of the ShowerEnvy, I just thought this would be a great present for my mom and sisters and for me as well. This showerhead's pressure is excellent! I highly recommend it!

I bought it a month ago and been having problems with dry hair & scalp, and changing shampoos didn't seem to make much of a difference. However, when I received this showerhead I noticed a difference in the first 2-3 weeks of using it, My hair was healthier and scalp is now fine.

My husband installed our new showerhead and we're so happy about the looks, the pressure, the design of the showerhead, and especially the softness of our water. This is the best and I'm not changing our showerhead anymore!!
