This was my second class with Eric Lloyd and the explanation and energy of the class give you the boost and confidence I need to move forward. He thoroughly explains and provides resources for you. I especially loves how he demonstrates to maneuver property edge pro, awesome class.

Karl always gives different ways to approach the program. It makes me feel comfortable in trying many strategies be it through realtors, social media or other wholesalers.

He takes his time to explain everything! Give good examples of each which is very important to me!

REAL ESTATE QUICKSTART WITH ERIC LLOYD This was my second time around with the quickstart webinar but I got a lot out of this session. The live interaction was very helpful as we walked through cash flow analysis, exploring our options, ie fix or flip, wholesale, long term rental and short term rental. Great instruction on Property Edge Pro! I was relieved to learn I was not the only one having a problem with Blue Hammer. It just appears to be down for a bit. I'm feeling more confident moving forward. Look forward to receiving Eric's handouts.

I attended the TLWBs meeting with Eric Lloyd hosting a session called Market Insider and it was FANTASTIC!! One of the quotes that Eric shared was that we want to TAKE VIOLENT ACTION in our real estate investing – which he heard from a retired Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot. He then explained the pilot was really referring to taking MASSIVE ACTION in performing our day to day activities, so that they would become habits which would lead us to our real estate investment success. In the session I really learned that I don’t want to get loans from the bank, unless I AM THE BANK!! …and one way to do that is by using seller financing. Eric explained a number of methods to do that. A brilliant conversation was had around seller financing, I very much appreciate it and know that I will profit because of it!! Thank you Eric and thank you Tax Lien Wealth Builders!!!

Eric Lloyd has taught us so much. The layout is fantastic. He has deposited so many positive nuggets for us to get started and succeed in our investments.
