Easy to use and order

Before Christmas, we ordered 6 luxury Christmas hampers for client Christmas gifts. They arrived on time and with all the lovely contents, however we were not so happy with the presentation (sloppy packing) so spent a couple of hours tidying them all up. We contacted customer service to let them know for future reference and were offered a very generous hamper of our choice as an apology. We received the hamper and it was presented much better than the previous order. The customer service from Hannah was second to none. I am putting the sloppiness of the first order down to the busy Christmas period and will be using Hampers.com again in the future.

I recently ordered a hamper as a Xmas present for a gift but there was some issue with payment ( some Paypal thing) which was nothing to do with me, but Steve from Hampers.com was nothing but diligent and efficient in his attempt to sort out this issue. I was really impressed with how efficient he was that I bought another hamper via an alternative payment method and this one DID get to its recipient very quickly who was really thrilled. I would definitely use this company again and might actually buy a hamper for myself this time!!! I think it's good value for money.
