Easy done when I was late for a birthday present from Denmark to UK, will come back :-)

I ordered a hamper as part of my mum's birthday present, and one of the wines sent was incorrect. It was supposed to be a sauvignon blanc and a malbec, however instead of the sauvignon blanc, a rose wine was sent instead. I emailed to complain, and was told that the sauvignon blanc wasn't in stock, so they substitued it with a rose (which my mum doesn't drink). I was also told that as they wanted to get my order out on time, they didn't have time to contact me, which is absolutely ridiculous. I would have cancelled the order if I had been notified. I essentially paid £41.99 for a bottle of malbec and a basket - awful service and I will not be ordering again!

The products are nicely and accurately presented at hampers.com's website, and I found it easy and safe to buy there. Communications about the order and delivery were great. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her birthday hamper, so a win all round. An excellent service which I shall use again.

I have been using Hampers.com for a couple of years now to send presents to family in the UK and all have enjoyed receiving the surprise gifts. On a couple of occasions delivery has gone astray, however when brought to the attention of the customer service, their response has been fantastic in rectifying the situation. I would have given 5-Stars if not for the couple of delivery issues previously experienced. I will certainly remain a loyal customer into the future. Honestly just a crap website that doesn't work well. Also when you tell the customer service about the mistake they made they said they only have 15 minutes to fix the issue and can't fix it anymore

I mixed up the billing and address and delivery address on an order so the hamper was delivered to me by mistake. I rang them and they have sent a new hamper out to arrive on time to the right address and arranged a collection for the one delivered by mistake! One phone call! It's very rare to receive customer service like this and I will definitely be using them again as a result.
