I ordered a hamper for my parents' anniversary, to arrive at their holiday cottage on the day. I emailed Hampers.com to ask them to ammend the address details to ensure the hamper was delivered to the correct holiday cottage and received a quick response to confirm that it had been ammended. Clearly it worked as the package made it to the right cottage, however the shipment was delayed and the courier missed my parents. Without me needing to chase it, Hampers.com noticed it hadn't been delivered and followed up multiple times, checking status and updating me, offering multiple options of redelivery, redirection or refund and apologising multiple times for the delay. The service felt personal and Steve really followed my case through to conclusion, even administering a partial refund, and dicsount code after the parcel had finally reached my parents. Top quality service. Thank you

Thank god for the online chat feature! I wanted to order a hamper for next day delivery. I read through the requirements, checked the post code legibility and paid extra, as necessary. However, I couldn’t select the right date on the calendar. there was clearly a problem as the instructions and experience didn’t match. I used the online chat feature to seek help. Steve was great, he explained there was a technical issue and that he’d help rectify the situation. I was impressed with the level of communication and the speediness of their response. Steve explained in detail what had happened and how he was going to manage the problem. The hamper was delivered on time and well received by my mum! Thanks team :)

Customer Service was excellent. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because there are bugs in the website but Mohamad was very helpful in providing a refund and coordinating multiple orders to a single address. I will definitely use Hampers.com again.

The hamper was damaged in transit and Seve was onto it straight away and ordered a replacement. He is fabulous.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of hampers/gifts available on the website. Plenty of choice for every budget. Chose the afternoon tea delights hamper because it was full of 'treats'. I was drawn to this hamper as it had several items in it you wouldn't necessarily buy for yourself. Beautifully packed too! The recipient was thrilled to receive it. Would definitely recommend.
