Paid for next day delivery, was delivered to the wrong address so then ended up been out of pocket and had to buy a second Mother’s Day present. Offered to send replacement even after explaining we had purchased another present as it needed to be there for Mother’s Day no offer of a refund and only offered to refund the next day delivery after been asked. Won’t be ordering again

Afternoon tea scone hamper looked nice however i don't think it was good value for money at all, you got one scone each and a selection of off the shelf biscuits and which if bought individually would of probably been £30 cheaper than what the hamper was sold for. On the plus side the jam was nice.

Bought a hamper for Mother's day to be delivered to my mother in law. She was delighted with the contents. There was some annoyance with the DPD delivery who did not deliver on the first try and had rescheduled it 3 days later after the weekend (by which time the food would be off). Steven and Gemma from customer services were very friendly and sorted it out. It got delivered promptly on the second day.

To buy a gift for mum's 90th birthday was going to be tough. "I don't want anything, I don't want any flowers because they die, I haven't got room for anything here, I can't drink alcohol any more", these were all the things I had to cope with!!
